Have gotten pizza here at different times and everything is always hot and what we ordered. Tonight what really impressed me with the staff is i didn't notice i put in the wrong time for pickup. I showed up a hour early, instead of sending me away they managed to fit my order in and get it done.

I called the De Pere store, when the person answered you could tell it wasn't a call center answering, I gave them my Credit card information and I thought it was all fine. But then when the Delivery Guy delivered our stuff he said it was I still had to pay them. I finally had a chance to talk to someone from the De Pere Papa Johns and he is doing looking into this for me . I won't order from them again.

Girl that took my order was very rude the entire time and was very pushy. I paid for extra sauces on the side and didn’t even get the ones that came with the meal. I understand the world is understaffed right now. I understand things can and do happen and mistakes will happen. These issues now and then should not define a company-- but how a company handles these issues can and should. We ordered a pizza today for the kids before they had to leave for band. The estimate was 35 to 45 minutes. At 45 minutes, we were notified it was running late. I called the store to understand how late it was running so that I could make alternate arrangements or even come get the pizza myself if needed to get the kids fed in time. I was reassured that the driver was leaving with our pizza right then and there and it would be at our house in 10 minutes. Twentyfive minutes later there was still no sign. I called the store back and the manager was extremely rude and told me that he was frustrated because he was scheduled with only one delivery driver. I asked if he could call the driver to find out how far away they were so that I could figure out what I needed to do. He said he would and told me that if I saw a refund, they were more than five minutes out... I asked if he could simply just call me back. He assured me that he would. No call back, and no pizza for another 15 minutes which was way too late. While I sympathize with him, had he been honest about the status of the pizza up front, we could have eased his burden and solved the issue by picking up the pizza ourselves. I don't mind issues. I do mind being lied to. We won't be back.

The Papa John's on the East side doesn't train employees right, and horrible customer service. I went their with my Groupon coupon and they kept telling me it was already used when it wasn't. No longer going to the East side one anymore.

Really disappointed in the DePere location. I placed an order in the morning for a local fire department to be delivered for an evening event. When the fire fighters hadn't received the pizza's 45 minutes after the expected delivery time, I called the store for a delivery update, only to be told they were short staffed and still had several orders in front of it and it could be another couple of hours (they had my order for over 8 hours). I understand being short staffed BUT a simple phone call giving me a heads up would have been extremely appreciated!! Try explaining that to 20 hungry firemen!

5 stars all day. Saw the reviews originally but personally from having their pizza at different locations. I still wanted to try it out. The pizza had a delivery time of over 30 minutes. Came earlier than the predicted time set for the order ✅ The driver was respectful and was very friendly and upbeat ✅ The food is excellent, hot and fresh. Nothing missing from the order ✅ All around a really good experience. ✅ The negative reviews come from snowflakes and if the GM tried to solve issues as a couple say and they declined the offer. That's not his fault you're sour after making efforts to satisfy you. Mistakes happen, get over it!
