Used to be excellent! We thought we would give this a whirl again since its been 6 months, and again, the pizza was not what was described on the menu. We ordered a Margharita pizza and it did not have any basil on it. No basil on a margharita pizza? And it had a sweet balsamic glaze swimming all over it, the box and crust were drenched with balsamic glaze. Glaze was not on the menu for this pizza. Garlic knots were okay. Had to throw the large pizza out, no one could eat it. Second time. Go anywhere else. Frozen pizza for our party. What a waste. Embarrassing.

Bartender was really nice and accomodating. The last time I was here the wings were great. This time I sent them back after 1.5 wings. Dry and chewy. Flavor was good though. Bartender was completely understanding. I'll try again in a month or two. Hope they can dial it in. Great location, great food concept. Good beer selection too.

Worst service I've experienced in a while. The waiter was missing the entire time. The pizzas we ordered came 30 minutes apart without any communication. Never asked to refill drinks. I could keep going but just overall an absolute dud. I will never go back. Disappointing because I know when I was here a while back it was not this bad.

Garlic knots still delicious but the pizza is always hit or miss, so disappointing. Was always consistent with old owners. Will stick with Gallaghers from now on...

I wish Ray still owned the restaurant. I just ate there recently and found that so many things have changed. The garlic knots were undercooked and had very little garlic. The pizza crust was subpar. Normally I eat every bite of the pizza slice but I left the outside crust on all of my slices. It was flat, dry and flavorless. Above all, they changed the spicy New York style sausage slices to balls of sausage. It tastes about the same but it's completely different when the sausage slices bake and get caramelized on the edges. All of this was a big disappointment. I have been a customer since Ray opened the place 18 years ago and I doubt I will be back now. It's really gone downhill.

Used to be a really good place for newyork pizza. But in this visit it was not. I feel everything has changed from the crust to the sausage. The garlic knots were really good, but out fries were cold and the chicken strips our grandson had were soaked with Grease. Pizza itself is no longer in my opinion a newyork slice. From the smaller size to different crust to the crumble sausage which is not what I like. We did notice theuch smaller menu than before which is sad as well. I hope they get back to the way it used to be..

First visit. We were hoping for pasta as we came based in the menu found online. They only had pizza and a few other things available. We debated whether to stay. The waitress never came back to check in so finally I waved her over ans let her know we decided to stay and get pizza. Not friendly at all. Eventually she disappeared and a new waitress tok over who.was slightly friendlier but we still felt ignored. Lack of service. The food was alright. Not great. Not bad. Finally got the bill and there was a delivery charge. For a dine in restaurant. Ridiculous. The newer looking outside of the building didn't match the inside at all which is just a dark bar. Terrible atmosphere. Will not be back.

First time trying it being new to area. Place was not busy at all. We order one pizza and it took an hour to come out.Atmosphere? The place is disgusting. The floors, the tables, the walls, the silverware, everything. It seems like the whole operation is half-effort. Pizza was mediocre, certainly not worth the wait.We boxed up 3/4 of the pizza thinking well... we paid for it ... decided to just throw it in the garbage when we got home.Will never go there or order from there again... sad to live 30 seconds from a place and for it to be this bad.

This place used to be one of my favorites. Wanted to order a pizza but their phone lines were down. Waited an hour and called again, still down. after that, I decided to drive up and just order at the counter. I let the owner (I presume) know that the phones were down and that I wanted to order. Seems like right after I said that, all of his attantion went towards fixing the phones and not helping me get my food. He then directed me to the bar to order, but I stood there waiting for someone to serve me for a while and it just seemed like they didn't care. I just left after that. I understand things can go wrong but I know they can do better. I could have just kept my mouth shut and just ordered but I wanted to help them out since this was my favorite pizza joint. I just hope their food is as good as it was, but I may never know.
