“I order on the app for in store pick up (to avoid chances of longer lines) several times a week and always order the same thing. Hit or miss on how well it’s prepared but usually it is fine. Not the best, not the worst. I’ve had to wait beyond latest pick up time a handful of times to see them engrossed in conversation and I end up late to my appointment. Not the end of the world but is frustrating at the time. This is completely not their fault (I imagine) but why does it still smell so bad in the front?! Makes me sick so I avoid breathing while walking in or go thru the side door. Noticed it since day one as I’ve been coming since they opened and thought it was new building stuff but not so much at this point.“
