“Friendly counter man today.
We frequent this place. Close to my home.
1 week ago had a young very rude girl. Literally rolled her eyes at us.
Not the usual friendly staff very disappointed that day.
Today very good young man.“

“Best pumpkin spice latte I've had and I've tried everywhere made it exactly they way I love it thank you making my morning start off amazing my latte is my start to my day ruins it if my drink is not right again thanks Starbucks ☺“
“This Starbucks is located inside the Meijer Department store. It is convenient if you want to get your coffee ☕️ before or after you do your shopping. It's a smaller location than most, but service is usually fast. Or if you are just in the area, it's probably the closest around. I'm not sure if your points are the same as the stand-alone stores. Someone told me they are not. If this is wrong, I will gladly edit my review.
Wheelchair accessibility: Easy access from handicap parking“
“Haven’t been at this location in a while because service was just so so, nothing to brag about.
However, 8/26/25 12:15 pm, I wanted to give kudos to the crew and especially, the lead crew, while I sat sipping my matcha latte and reading.
Scenario: Lunch rush hour, the drive through and customers in the store, a little crowded. The team continue to greet people that came in but what caught my attention during a small break in crowd: “Way to hustle team! Good job!” This made me smile to hear an appreciative cheer and recognition to team.
True customer service starts from the genuineness of team. Keep it up Starbucks crew! My matcha latte was so so but your service spirit made my cup a bit sweeter! Thanks!“
