“I’ll admit that this location doesn’t have any soft surface chairs yet, but the team there is positively wonderful ! Asking for Dark Roast, they had Verona, which I mentioned was not my favorite. They switched bean cartridges on the machine for me, and also rinsed my coffee mug with hot water as it was freezing cold. Super nice staff at this location !“
“Shoutout to the Starbucks on Mequon Rd in Germantown. I stopped in today with a larger order for 13 Refreshers and treats. Of course, I needed the order quickly.
The Starbucks team got after it with no grumbling, getting the order done so I could make my meeting on time. They even helped me carry it out to the car!
