“Honestly have never had better experiences at Starbucks. I just moved to the area used to my Starbucks at home and was expecting your typical experience. However, I got far from what I thought was "typical". These workers instantly greeted me with a smile and a positive attitude. They were smiling their whole shift and have been very talkative with costumers including myself. My drinks here have never been messed up and are delicious every time. It is a perfect environment to come and do homework if you are a student. Thank you so much to the staff - keep it up:)“

“I love stopping in at the Starbucks there inside this Chase Ave. location Target ? store. It’s just awesome to have it be so convenient for me to not have to stop somewhere else prior to coming to the store to get a drink. I love that I can save time and right when I walk inside I can get my favorite drink to sip on while I shop!! ??? ?️“

“I come here all the time and they've never messed up my drink! The staff is always so kind and the store is always pretty clean, even though it gets very busy in the mornings. I usually order in the store, and the wait is never more than 5 minutes or so. The whole staff is lovely and so patient!“

“The employees here are always the nicest and most down to earth I've ever seen/interacted with at a Starbucks. I don't know if it's because they work at a hospital or just because they are that awesome, but every single time I've gone...they are always the best. “This is my favorite starbucks to visit in the city!!! Everytime i order from this location the service is immaculate!!! The warm welcomes and fast service is why I keep coming back. Not to mention everyone is in a good mood and happy to be at work. Keep up the good job!“

“☕️ Stopped by to grab a coffee since this location is closest to me. They seemed to be well staffed and focusing on the drive-thru orders in the morning since there is limited parking in the area so many people go drive thru during morning rush before work. It looks like a lot of people do a mobile order for pick up too. I got my drink and food fairly fast, not a super long wait for a simple order. And I luckily was able to grab one of the 2 parking spots in front.

Only minor thing is that they ran out of pumpkin spice latte on Nov 4th, but it worked out since the barista recommended an alternative drink. It is a relatively small location compared to the other Bay View location on Holt Ave, but big enough to catch up with a friend over coffee. I'm not really sure about the negative reviews but I'm not super picky beyond the popular drinks and probably stopped by on a good day. I'm sure this place will be fine if you need to stop by for a quick coffee to go.“

“In the morning, there’s a woman barista , Kristine , that works there and I noticed that when a customer walks up to the register interrupting her from her opening work she gets annoyed and sighs loudly while shaking her head. I find this to be extremely rude .Because of this I will only go to this location if she isn’t there. The rest of the employees there are wonderful, welcoming, kind , and awesome.“

“I have been going to this Starbucks for about 7 years and have never had a bad experience. Every barista is so kind and positive, and lately, they have been writing kind messages on the cups. I know it doesn’t seem like much, but the small gestures really do contribute to someone’s day. Best Starbucks experiences are right here in Shorewood! Love you guys!“

“Service was ok. Food is sitting out and you can see what you are going to get. My piece of pizza was a little bland and way overpriced. You will be paying the price you would for a full pizza. Kind of what you would expect from a place like this.“

“I just want to shout out this Starbucks location because they truly make my mornings better. ☀️ I actually have a closer Starbucks inside my work building, but I will literally walk two blocks to come to this one, that’s how much I love their service.

This morning they wrote “Good Morning” on my cup and it genuinely made me smile and boosted my mood before starting work. It’s the little touches like that that mean everything.

I’ve ordered on different days and every time my drinks are not only made perfectly, but they’re so pretty and clearly made with care. You can tell they take their time.

“A bit of a wait to get my order taken, as well as to receive my order, but great, friendly, customer service. I ordered the usual (Peppermint Mocha Frappuccino) and tasted slightly different than it always has at any of the Starbucks locations but it was still fine.“
