“Alyssa was awesome!.. usually at Starbucks they always pronounce my name wrong for some reason even after I’ve given them my name they must think I mispronounce my own name I guess I’m not sure what’s up with that and sometimes they’re kind of fake nice but Alyssa was very pleasant!“

“Got the Bacon Gouda breakfast sandwich and a coffee. Pretty good. I checked pick up location in the app and changed it to this location but I guess it switched back to previous location. After waiting for a few minutes they checked on me and that is when realized that the order went to wrong store. She fixed and made it for me. Awesome customer service. Place is busy.“

“I love my bucks! I just can't frequent them as often as I'd like. They're just waayy too expensive to have as a regular stop on my way to work every day. And now, especially since I found out that if you want any 'extra base' in your refresher? You'd best cough up an additional $1.00 for that tiny splash! Simply Greedy Ridiculous! Over $6 for a 24oz venti, that's really about 18oz. of Water! Still... I LOVE my 'kids' who work there. They're so, so sweet and just Adorbs!

Stopped by Starbucks in Oak Creek and had one of those “this is exactly what I needed” kind of coffee moments. I went with the light roast, and let me tell you—it was fresh, hot, and actually tasted like coffee instead of something that’s been sitting on a burner since last Tuesday. Smooth, no burnt aftertaste, just a solid, honest cup of coffee.

The place itself was clean and well kept. You can always tell when a team takes pride in their store, and this one clearly does. No sticky tables, no mystery spills… just a nice, welcoming place to grab a cup and go (or stay and pretend you’re being productive).

The staff was friendly and quick. They had a steady line, but they kept things moving like a well-oiled espresso machine. No confusion, no chaos—just efficient, polite service. The kind where you walk out thinking, “Well that was easy.”

Honestly, it’s not always the fancy drinks that win the day. Sometimes it’s just a really good cup of hot coffee, served fast, in a clean place, by people who seem to enjoy what they’re doing.

This Starbucks nailed it. I’ll definitely be back the next time I need a dependable caffeine rescue.“
