Starbucks in Franklin

“I used to come to this location faithfully multiple times a week before I moved. I always order a brown sugar shaken espresso (my favorite drink and basically all I ever order.) The customer service is always great! I stopped in the other day and my drink tasted bitter and just “off.” I had my son go in and ask if they could remake it for me. I was so impressed with the lady who assisted me with remaking my drink. She came out to my car multiple times to serve me and ultimately made sure I was satisfied before leaving. As someone who has previously worked in customer service as a waitress, I 100% value this kind of customer service! Thank you so much!!“
