This was my saving grace, as all the other locations were closed...boy was it packed. Still good choice and good service

This Starbucks, located in Shorewood, has been a favorite for many years. The baristas are kind and positive, often writing kind messages on the cups. The store is always clean and well maintained, and the team is very welcoming. Orders are consistently on point, though one time they ran out of regular ice coffee, and a recommended ice Americano with exact ingredients was a hit. For those with dairy restrictions, this location offers soy for coffee, which is appreciated as other creamers are too sweet or have a greasy mouth feel. Parking is great. While one visit was not as good as the downtown store experience, the Shorewood location is considered the best for its small gestures and great start to a Saturday.
