I’ve thrown my towel in on this company . Some of the baristas rush and don’t listen to what the customer says on how they want a drink made . It’s disappointing. Starbucks is selling a lot ideas without cohesive ingredients. If you are looking for real matcha stick to small cafes that actually use care, and ceremonial matcha. There’s only a couple barista that have listened and got it correct and I should not ever settle or wonder who’s working to get an order right...read full review

Starbucks Coffee Company is located inside the Hilton hotel. The location is nice and the interior is pretty well set up. It can get busy during the morning rush hour and during conferences, leading to delays. The atmosphere is nice and the service is generally good and wonderful, with friendly staff who make customers feel special. However, some reviews note that staff can be focused on socializing amongst themselves and should pay more attention to cleaning small messes, wiping down tables, and ensuring tables are not sticky and free of trash. There can be a strong smell of body odour in the vicinity at times. Ordering is fast, but the app is not fully functional here. The coffee, like a latte, is okay but not one of the better ones, though it serves as a quick snack and cup of coffee in the morning.
