My stay was atrocious. Rude staff. Elevators not working. Denied a wheelchair when I was injured at first. No help with luggage. Overpriced breakfast. Toilet clogged when I arrived. I have a low bar when it comes to my expectations. I try to keep them reasonable. I wish I could say that this property cleared the bar. The common areas are very nice! Great history (almost 100 years). However….
