Very high quality and excellent dinner experience.
Have visited a Capital Grill in the Chicago area before, which was excellent. This one in the downtown Milwaukee area was no exception.
Exceptional customer service by the bartender who served me at the bar during happy hour. The shrimp dish was delicious and the great atmosphere was warm and attractive.
Great food with a great atmosphere.

The Capital Grille, located downtown, offers a great dining experience with delicious food and friendly service. The steaks, including filets and New York strip, are cooked to perfection and tender. The Kona crusted filet is a favorite among customers, and the bone-in NY strip prepared Pittsburgh style has also received high praise. The lobster mac n cheese is highly recommended, and the mashed potatoes, along with the creamy mashed potatoes and creamed corn, were praised for their flavor and quality. The crab and lobster cake is also a must-try. The salads, like the hearty wedge salad, are fresh and satisfying. The desserts, such as the flourless chocolate cake, crème brûlée, and coconut cream pie, are delightful. The restaurant provides excellent value during special dining events, like the Generous Pour event, with significant savings and well-described wine selections. The ambiance is very nice, and the dining room is comfortable and well-suited for conversations. Service is consistently attentive and friendly, making the overall experience at the Capital Grille excellent. The staff goes above and beyond to make guests feel special, often celebrating occasions with cards, decorations, and complimentary treats.
