The Capital Grille, located downtown, offers a great dining experience with delicious food and friendly service. During special dining events, the value is excellent, providing a significant savings. The steaks, including filets and New York strip, are cooked to perfection and tender. The lobster mac n cheese is highly recommended, and the mashed potatoes and salmon were praised for their flavor and quality. The crab and lobster cake is also a must-try. The salads are fresh, and the desserts, such as the flourless chocolate cake, crème brûlée, and coconut cream pie, are delightful. Although service was slightly affected by the crowd, the server, Emily, was kind, professional, and helpful. Overall, the Capital Grille is a great choice for a wonderful meal.
