“Went to The Capital Grille for a business dinner meeting and we both selected the restaurant week menu. The sea bass was excellent, food portions perfect. Unfortunately, my business guest's steak was served overcooked and dry. However I want to highlight a few important details...

1. A manager approached our table and apologized for a delay on our food - honestly we didn't even notice and the fact that she brought it to our attention was amazing!

2. When we expressed that the steak was overcooked and not the M.Well temp not only were they apologetic but the restaurant went above and beyond our expectations to take care of us!!

I LOVE Excellent customer service- in a world where customer service is lacking and not what it use to be , The Capital Grille refreshed my memory on exactly how Superb customer service looks and feels!! I Love this restaurant!!“

“I went in kinda skeptical from all the mixed reviews, especially for the pizza but all my food was great. I ordered on Super Bowl sunday and my food was done really fast. The crust on my hand-tossed greek pizza was very good, even though it was a little strange to put jalapeños on a greek pizza, instead of banana peppers or pepperoncini. The wings were almost too tender but the buffalo sauce was better than expected. Maybe I’m an outlier on experiences but I was impressed.“

“I always enjoyed Tu Casa. The food is good and the service is excellent. The only issue is that we both asked for no rice and beans with our dinners. So, instead of charging us the dinner price we got À la carte price, three tacos without rice and beans $2-3 more expensive than the dinner. Two chimis with a side of sour cream and a side of guac and no rice and beans…you guessed it $6-7 more than the dinner. Including two $4.50 glasses of ice tea our lunch was $48.42, unfortunate.“

Unfortunately, the fried green tomatoes were a bit disappointing and flavorless, but the rest of the meal was really good. The chicken and fish were crispy and juicy. Although the dining area didn't quite live up to our expectations, so we decided to take our food to go instead.“

“This is my first time and it will not be my last time purchasing a crab boil With Cajun seasoning from this place I give them a 10 out of 10 even though they left out my eggs I ordered a special with the lobster tail, but they didn’t give me no eggs once I started eating it I couldn’t pull myself away to go back up there to get the eggs I Don’t stay too close to the restaurant. So despite not having the eggs, it was still good and I will be returning I was kinda mad about the eggs my boil was $52“

You could tell she had a relationship with their customers. Which says a lot. The fish was fresh and fried with a great golden coating. The pieces were a nice size not tiny and shriveled up. ???? I will add broccoli next time and mushrooms if they have them. If you scared of a lil salt don’t order it. It wasn’t overly salty but for somebody who watches their salt intake might find an issue. My mild buffalo wings with the fries was on point per usual. I got a peach lemonade and it was good too. Again very sweet for somebody who can’t handle that don’t get it! I just added a little water to it when I got home. The ice machine wasn’t working so I added ice too. The restaurant was clean. I know they can be hit or miss but they was on point this day! Actually I never had a miss. If it’s a busy time of day like a lunch rush, the last hr before close or a weekend, just plan and call ahead if you can. I called ahead and got great food. My auntie said her plain whole wings didnt have any flavor but people usually go for the variety of flavors they offer so go up the street to jjs for plain wings. & you can sprinkles some seasoning on your own food right at the side counter. And when I came in there was someone at each register waiting to help customers. I know everybody won’t have a good experience but damn yall it’s not Coopers Hawk 🥩 but its good ghetto food lol.“
