“This place is amazing and I come here frequently. The flavors and the value are worth it. It's reasonably priced. My only complaint is the bathroom is horrendous. I always use the bathroom and wash my hands at home before I go. Frequently they're out of soap or paper towels. The bathroom also looks dingy.“

JJ Fish & Chicken is a great place for tasty, fresh food. The fried fish and chicken are crispy, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. Portions are generous and prices are very reasonable. The staff is friendly and service is quick, making it a good spot for takeout or a quick meal. I’ll definitely be coming back again.“

“The food was hot and fresh but we did have to wait a bit. I'd suggest ordering ahead it seemed to be the trend. We tried the catfish, fried chicken, fries, and fried green tomatoes. Unfortunately, the fried green tomatoes were a bit disappointing and flavorless, but the rest of the meal was really good. The chicken and fish were crispy and juicy. Although the dining area didn't quite live up to our expectations, so we decided to take our food to go instead.“

“I went in kinda skeptical from all the mixed reviews, especially for the pizza but all my food was great. I ordered on Super Bowl sunday and my food was done really fast. The crust on my hand-tossed greek pizza was very good, even though it was a little strange to put jalapeños on a greek pizza, instead of banana peppers or pepperoncini. The wings were almost too tender but the buffalo sauce was better than expected. Maybe I’m an outlier on experiences but I was impressed.“

“Super Taco is owned by my former employee Lupe . She worked so hard for us now she has her own restaurant! The tacos are amazing! And even has burgers and Philly cheese steaks! Highly recommend for some tasty and very affordable food!“

“This is my first time and it will not be my last time purchasing a crab boil With Cajun seasoning from this place I give them a 10 out of 10 even though they left out my eggs I ordered a special with the lobster tail, but they didn’t give me no eggs once I started eating it I couldn’t pull myself away to go back up there to get the eggs I Don’t stay too close to the restaurant. So despite not having the eggs, it was still good and I will be returning I was kinda mad about the eggs my boil was $52“

“Great feast for my mom’s birthday. We got the large seafood platter with classic Cajun spice, mild spice. Food was flavor packed. Service was great — they offered to replace the clams which weren’t open. Terrific value for the price. Seafood was fresh. Crab and crayfish were great. Shrimp was hands down my favorite. The platter comes with potatoes and corn, but would suggest ordering some additional potatoes to go with the flavorful sauce.“

“The service was warming. The young lady made sure we had everything we needed. She recognized it was my first time visiting their establishment. You could tell she had a relationship with their customers. Which says a lot. The fish was fresh and fried with a great golden coating. The pieces were a nice size not tiny and shriveled up. ???? We will be returning. We thank you for great service.Note: Don't allow the exterior to detour you from trying them out. It may not be fancy however everything was fresh and it didn't look dirty.

“I had sworn off of JJ's Chicken after my last experience but this new location for me is fantastic! The chicken is not oily. The meal was ready when we arrived. The fries were crispy just like I like them! You have a new customer with us.

“Finally tried the chicken and shrimp alfredo from many recommendations and it was 🔥 🔥 🔥 chicken was juicy and very saucy. Not many shrimp but enough. I will add broccoli next time and mushrooms if they have them. If you scared of a lil salt don’t order it. It wasn’t overly salty but for somebody who watches their salt intake might find an issue. My mild buffalo wings with the fries was on point per usual. I got a peach lemonade and it was good too. Again very sweet for somebody who can’t handle that don’t get it! I just added a little water to it when I got home. The ice machine wasn’t working so I added ice too. The restaurant was clean. I know they can be hit or miss but they was on point this day! Actually I never had a miss. If it’s a busy time of day like a lunch rush, the last hr before close or a weekend, just plan and call ahead if you can. I called ahead and got great food. My auntie said her plain whole wings didnt have any flavor but people usually go for the variety of flavors they offer so go up the street to jjs for plain wings. & you can sprinkles some seasoning on your own food right at the side counter. And when I came in there was someone at each register waiting to help customers. I know everybody won’t have a good experience but damn yall it’s not Coopers Hawk 🥩 but its good ghetto food lol.“

“Ordered take out last night from here for the first. Employee answered promtly. They said our huge order would take 20 minutes. I walked in right on time and everything was hot and ready for us. Prices were great, the establishment clean. The employees wore bright smiles, and they even gave us complimentary almond cookies. They were the freshest almond cookies I've ever had with Chinese take out. They did everything right and next time im in town, I won't call the other Chinese takeout locations that i usually do when in hartford/slinger get/jackson area. I'll be calling these fine folks“
