It was our Valentine’s Day date-I had the chicken/pork combo plate with carrot pineapple slaw and macaroni salad, my husband has the Hawaiian breakfast. Excellent all around—the POG juice leveled it up even more. I love this place, and I am gladly adding it to my favorites/must haves when we get visitors.“

“We recently stayed in an Airbnb very near China East. After touring for the day, it was easy to come back to the house and order. Pickup was 5-10 minutes, and food was ready and hot. We especially liked their sweet and sour soup. I ordered chicken with broccoli one night and shrimp with broccoli another night, garlic sauce on the side. Portions were large and lasted for more than one meal. Reasonable prices.“

I’m only giving a 4 because the fried fish, fries and gumbo were a little subpar but still good for being pretty far from Texas or the south. The seafood platter was a definite ✨FIVE STAR✨!! “What an incredible experience at The Capital Grille. From the moment we walked through the door, I could tell this was going to be a special evening. The staff was absolutely superb—friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. They made us feel like valued guests throughout the entire meal.

The ambiance was beautiful and truly upscale, but still comfortable enough to relax and enjoy the evening. Every detail, from the atmosphere to the service, felt thoughtfully done.

And then there was the food. From the appetizers to the entrées, including the steaks, everything was beautifully prepared and absolutely delicious. Each course felt like it was prepared with care, and the presentation was just as impressive as the flavors. Dessert was the perfect way to finish an already exceptional meal.

I don't often leave a restaurant feeling like the entire experience—from the service to the food to the atmosphere—was this well done. The Capital Grille gave us a truly memorable evening, and I would happily return again. Highly recommended!“

“China Lights 2026 was phenomenal. The performance was very well done and entertaining. The lanterns were beautiful and whimsical.

There were a lot of people but everyone was really patient and polite. Wheelchair and mobility equipment could go through the lantern trails and areas with cords or other things were covered and lit up so that they would cause minimal issue with wheelchairs, strollers, etc.“

“Birthday dinner for my 8YO daughter. Shout out to the entire staff at Wonita Sushi Seafood and Bar. They were super patient with the kids, waiter was awesome and even brought an extra dessert after simply noticing my daughter looking with envy at her brothers choice. Then waiting for the bill, the host (manager/owner?) noticed the kids eyeballing the lobster tank and he pulled up a stool for them to get a better look. He explained to the kids the growth rate of lobsters and we explained it was my daughters birthday dinner. Walking to the car, he chased us into the parking lot and gave her a special birthday stuffed animal. I honestly don’t think I’ve ever been this impressed with service. Especially as it was just another day to them, we didn’t mention the bday until leaving. We had planned a different place that is closed on Mondays. Glad we tried Wonita. They left a very favorable impression on both kids and they both said they want all future birthdays at Wonita!!“

“Absolutely amazing, all around! Food, service, everything. Shrimp sweet and delicious. Scallops silky soft and smooth, seared great and so tasty! Bacon wrapped asparagus is killer good. Prime rib sandwich is pillow soft, so flavorful and satisfying. Great garlic and herb butter seasoning on everything. I had a nasty respiratory infection a couple months prior, hadn't been able to taste much of anything for over two months... until coming here. I could taste the amazing flavor cooked into all of our items for the first time since getting sick. This was probably about the most satisfying dining experience I've ever had. Love it and can't wait to go back!!!“

“Such a fun spot. The oysters are always great, the drinks are thoughtful without being fussy, and there’s plenty on the menu even if you’re not coming just for oysters. “Was in Brookfield visiting my cousin, and at his recommendation dined at Vino Cappuccino. It is easy to see why he dines there twice per week. They offered a very broad selection of delicious food. The chicken parmesan was perfect, as was the pizza and shrimp appetizer. And don't forget the Tiramisu!“

“I always enjoyed Tu Casa. The food is good and the service is excellent. The only issue is that we both asked for no rice and beans with our dinners. So, instead of charging us the dinner price we got À la carte price, three tacos without rice and beans $2-3 more expensive than the dinner. Two chimis with a side of sour cream and a side of guac and no rice and beans…you guessed it $6-7 more than the dinner. Including two $4.50 glasses of ice tea our lunch was $48.42, unfortunate.“

“This was our 1st. time here and it certainly didn't disappoint! Atmosphere was really nice, cozy but still fun. Our waitress Eliza was super, checking on us but never pushy. She gave us some great recommendations that were absolutely delicious. We started with sharing a cup of corn and crab chowder, beet and goat cheese salad and sautéed crawfish with crossttini. Everything was fantastic, not to spicy hot just seasoned well. Main course was also great, steak and mashed potatoes....super tender and juicy steak came out exactly like we ordered...perfect meduim rare. That doesn't happen often. Also had the blacken salmon with asparagus and beans and rice. Again can't say enough it was delicious. Then to top the evening off we shared the beneignts with a fruit sauce. YUMMY Kudos to you all the chef and waite staff and Eliza for a great dining experience.“

“Who would have thought that Hales Corners would have such amazing food! I didn’t realize it was a grocery store so when I went in to get some food to go I was pleasantly surprised. Everyone inside was super nice. I asked the cook what was good and he offered me samples of their special chicken and chicken biryani. I ended up getting both. I got a handful of other little snacks and they were all amazing. The pickle yogurt sauce he gave me went wonderfully with the special chicken. The chicken is a little spicy and the yogurt sauce cools it down a bit and adds a tang that makes it truly amazing. I can’t rave enough about this place. One of my new go to spots.“
