I went to Maxie’s few months ago because it was close to where I was working. Everything was amazing, the bartender Sam was the best I’ve ever hadSince then I have been back 4 or 5 times and loved itSeriously Sam the bartender is the best !!

Maxie’s is one of our favorite happy hour or dinner spots. Drinks are top notch, oysters are as fresh as can be, food is authentic and homemade. I have yet to experience a host, bartender, or server who. Was not 100% friendly, happy, helpful, and fun! I cannot recommend this place enough! In fact, we usually take some extra gumbo to-go after dinner to enjoy for lunch the next day!
