“China Lights 2026 was phenomenal. The performance was very well done and entertaining. The lanterns were beautiful and whimsical.

There were a lot of people but everyone was really patient and polite. Wheelchair and mobility equipment could go through the lantern trails and areas with cords or other things were covered and lit up so that they would cause minimal issue with wheelchairs, strollers, etc.“

“Who would have thought that Hales Corners would have such amazing food! I didn’t realize it was a grocery store so when I went in to get some food to go I was pleasantly surprised. Everyone inside was super nice. I asked the cook what was good and he offered me samples of their special chicken and chicken biryani. I ended up getting both. I got a handful of other little snacks and they were all amazing. The pickle yogurt sauce he gave me went wonderfully with the special chicken. The chicken is a little spicy and the yogurt sauce cools it down a bit and adds a tang that makes it truly amazing. I can’t rave enough about this place. One of my new go to spots.“

The restaurant is impeccably clean and the service excellent. The owners are very accommodating to all your needs. If you’re looking for an enjoyable Indian meal, look no further than the Taj Mahal in Hales Corners.You won’t be disappointed.“

“What an incredible experience at The Capital Grille. From the moment we walked through the door, I could tell this was going to be a special evening. The staff was absolutely superb—friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. They made us feel like valued guests throughout the entire meal.

The ambiance was beautiful and truly upscale, but still comfortable enough to relax and enjoy the evening. Every detail, from the atmosphere to the service, felt thoughtfully done.

And then there was the food. From the appetizers to the entrées, including the steaks, everything was beautifully prepared and absolutely delicious. Each course felt like it was prepared with care, and the presentation was just as impressive as the flavors. Dessert was the perfect way to finish an already exceptional meal.

“The pork chop was excellent! I liked that it was served with Gnocchi and not rice or a normally cooked potato. I sampled a bourbon drink and it was so good. Too much sugar if you have diabetes like my partner. Haha“

“Birthday dinner for my 8YO daughter. Shout out to the entire staff at Wonita Sushi Seafood and Bar. They were super patient with the kids, waiter was awesome and even brought an extra dessert after simply noticing my daughter looking with envy at her brothers choice. Then waiting for the bill, the host (manager/owner?) noticed the kids eyeballing the lobster tank and he pulled up a stool for them to get a better look. He explained to the kids the growth rate of lobsters and we explained it was my daughters birthday dinner. Walking to the car, he chased us into the parking lot and gave her a special birthday stuffed animal. I honestly don’t think I’ve ever been this impressed with service. Especially as it was just another day to them, we didn’t mention the bday until leaving. We had planned a different place that is closed on Mondays. Glad we tried Wonita. They left a very favorable impression on both kids and they both said they want all future birthdays at Wonita!!“

Prime rib sandwich is pillow soft, so flavorful and satisfying. Great garlic and herb butter seasoning on everything. I had a nasty respiratory infection a couple months prior, hadn't been able to taste much of anything for over two months... until coming here. I could taste the amazing flavor cooked into all of our items for the first time since getting sick. This was probably about the most satisfying dining experience I've ever had. “I always enjoyed Tu Casa. The food is good and the service is excellent. The only issue is that we both asked for no rice and beans with our dinners. So, instead of charging us the dinner price we got À la carte price, three tacos without rice and beans $2-3 more expensive than the dinner. Two chimis with a side of sour cream and a side of guac and no rice and beans…you guessed it $6-7 more than the dinner. Including two $4.50 glasses of ice tea our lunch was $48.42, unfortunate.“

“This was our 1st. time here and it certainly didn't disappoint! Atmosphere was really nice, cozy but still fun. Our waitress Eliza was super, checking on us but never pushy. She gave us some great recommendations that were absolutely delicious. We started with sharing a cup of corn and crab chowder, beet and goat cheese salad and sautéed crawfish with crossttini. Everything was fantastic, not to spicy hot just seasoned well. Main course was also great, steak and mashed potatoes....super tender and juicy steak came out exactly like we ordered...perfect meduim rare. That doesn't happen often. Also had the blacken salmon with asparagus and beans and rice. Again can't say enough it was delicious. Then to top the evening off we shared the beneignts with a fruit sauce. “We recently stayed in an Airbnb very near China East. After touring for the day, it was easy to come back to the house and order. Pickup was 5-10 minutes, and food was ready and hot. We especially liked their sweet and sour soup. I ordered chicken with broccoli one night and shrimp with broccoli another night, garlic sauce on the side. Portions were large and lasted for more than one meal. Reasonable prices.“

“been coming to the Steak out for 35 years. while sometimes the steaks are charred a little too much recently compared to the past, I have yet to find a steak place to compare to the Steakout. it is delicious in a cozy supper club atmosphere. honestly some of the complaints sound like people were looking for something for nothing and I've seen the same names on other reviews sites and seem like chronic complainers just trying to knock someone down while hiding behind their screens. I've learned to ask for little to no charring in my steaks and it's been as outstanding as ever. seriously, other steak joints can't compare ... haven't found a one in the Milwaukee area yet.“

The food is made fresh as the orders are placed. The place is clean, everybody is friendly, the prices are reasonable, and my food was made quickly. I can't complain, except for the fact that they aren't open on Sundays. However, Monday thru Saturday, they are open from 8:30am to 5pm, and they deliver thru Door dash and Uber Eats. I definitely recommend!“
