I had an exceptional experience at this restaurant! The service was fabulous and the food was on point. I highly recommend this establishment for anyone looking for a great meal and wonderful atmosphere. It's definitely one of the best restaurants in town!
Food is always good.. but EVERY single time I go there’s something with the servers.. they don’t write down what you want and there’s always some thing wrong because how could they remember everything asked without notes .. today I went asked for a coffee then see her go sit down with some guys and my coffee never came I had to ask another server for the coffee… food is great but servers need to do better
The food was great! Service was a little slow due to the soccer games and it being very crowded that evening. The bartender didn't speak great English. I would go again!

Fiesta Colombia is a great spot for South American food and a wonderful shift from the classic Mexican restaurant. The atmosphere is wonderful with fun, family-friendly decoration that is hard to miss. The food is amazing, delicious, and great, with specific praise for the ribs and fries. Many find it a hidden gem and the best they have had, recommending it highly. However, some feel it is overpriced and note that a couple of dishes need tweaks. While service is often called incredible and great, there is room for improvement with attention to detail. It is considered a pretty decent and not bad option, especially as one of the only Colombian spots in the area.
