“This was my first time visiting this establishment. I am pleasantly surprised. This is a hidden gem! The food is great and the leftovers taste even better. The portion sizes are large enough for two people. Next time we're sharing. “I've had the pleasure to decorate for two events held at this establishment and I would definitely recommend. The space is nice, they have a great amount of seating available, they allow plenty time for setup, and the staff is very helpful. It seems like it has its own little community of visitors at the bar (very friendly) and I like how the bar is separate from the hall side. It's been clean each time I've been there and I was told the price is very reasonable. Totally recommend ?“
“Went to Sunnyside on a Saturday for dinner. I was surprised to hear that they were playing bingo, and it was free!! We ordered food, drinks, and got out free bingo cards. The food was great (burgers and fries) and drinks were flowing. Crowd was great and everyone was having fun. Although I didn't win at bingo, but think I'll be returning for early Saturday night fun next week!“
“3.1.24 - All the effort to remodel and hone the menu at the Boat House has paid off! Tonight our 8 year old granddaughter said our server Ysenia was the kindest server she had ever met. We agree! The Walleye and Tuna salad were amazing. Our little one loved her cheeseburger -but the cheese cubes were her favorite. Can’t wait for the bar with water views to open again!Previous review about a year ago: Hey y’all the Boat House has it figured out! The scallops and risotto was a big hit for 3 of our diners. The chef’s salmon is the bomb but the fish tacos comes with elote, a welcome surprise and delicious. Let’s be real - every joint in Kenosha has staffing issues and yes, we got our own first round of drinks at the bar. That said, Marsha from the east coast was an excellent server and we love the way she says chowder. ?Enjoy the lake view, be patient and give this menu its due - great summer dining! ❤️“

“Stopped in to place a carry out order with my daughter, who really wanted Qdoba. Now I have 3 little kids who ate more food than I've seen them eat in one sitting. The atmosphere was clean and welcoming, the staff was friendly and fast and the food.... oh my God the food. It was so good!! Tacos, taco salad, burritos, guacamole, beans and rice... it was all so delicious that even though I'm full now I'm already looking forward to the leftovers! I loved the Butter Chicken & Samosas as always!!! Whatever that dark purple sweet sauce is, it is so delicious. I didn't try their kheer but am going to try it for next time because It is also delicious“
