We go there for excellent food, excellent service, the Manger is outstanding. The atmosphere wonderful. We never can leave without getting a nice amount of there Chile Relleno's. Love Love this.
I know both the past and current family running Serape work very hard and have done so all these many years. Service is always excellent and atmosphere is simple, comfortable. Food is not fresh as compared with other local Mexican. Steak tacos had gristle too much to enjoy; however , rice and beans were flavorful. shrimp cocktail was not fresh though not to the point of fishy flavor- just toward chew instead of firm or snap fresh....also not much diced except for some avocado...read full review

New guy in the kitchen kept getting the order wrong but I understand that it happens when training. The waitress was so sweet and responsive. She took great care of us even through the chaos :)
