“Place is an oxymoron. We had the most incredible filets- cut like butter. One medium and the other medium rare, just as we ordered. Then the desert came. Tacky costco brand individual terimisu. I wouldn’t recommend any of their desserts, ever. I’ve tried them all over the years. Aside from desserts, every plate is wonderful. Fall menu came out last week- my dog and I are really missing the smoked pork chop. Pet friendly patio with cover from the elements.”

“I do not go to Burger King often but have recently visited this location on occasion. I have found them accurate over the past half year; and tonight, upon asking a few questions regarding specials or promotions, I received excellent service from a young woman named Akira.
She was not only able to inform me of their current promotions but after informing me took my order in a quick and professional way, making sure to get the details correct. Then the food was delivered fresh and as ordered.
She is well above average as a order taker.
It would be great if most were like her!”

“The people are very nice and make me feel comfortable. Sometimes they’re slammed and make mistakes, but that’s pretty much ANY McDonalds lol. They are all hard workers. I haven’t noticed any mask being worn under the nose so far, so 👏 I’ve been coming here a lot lately for digital drawing, and this particular restaurant seem to be catching onto that. I feel happy when I see their familiar faces, and i hope the feeling is mutual. I have Asperger Syndrome, and sometimes I feel like I ask too many questions. They are forgiving and patient and I’m thankful that they are so nice to me. I had a bad experience here years ago cuz I overheard some teenage girls making fun of me. However, I haven’t had any bad experience like that since I’ve moved back to this area. I noticed that the managers are different people, and I think they’re doing a good job leading the team (from what I can tell) ❤️”

I drove to the place and found it was in a questionable part of town and on a Saturday night, no one was there and I thought uh oh. Already committed, I went in and ordered a small Sal’s stuffed pizza with extra sauce. The pizza was astoundingly delicious and made me wonder why the people of Kenosha aren’t frequenting this place. Based on my long history of eating all kinds of pizzas, there should have been a line out the door! Well done Sal’s!”

“We just went here for lunch while up in Kenosha for the day and everything was OUTSTANDING. We loved the environment. Everyone was so friendly. They have a patio where you can bring your dog. I had the cheeseburger quesadilla appetizer and it was so good. I'm not usually a chipotle person but it was just the right amount of heat. My fiancé and I shared the loaded fries and they were also good. But the star of the show was the corned beef tacos. They were so fresh and delicious. The corned beef is so tender and flavorful. I took a chocolate cake slice to go and can't wait to try that when I'm not so stuffed. We will definitely be back! My fiancé said he wishes he could go back for dinner tonight!”

“We went to Kenosha’s Mission BBQ. I was extremely pleased with the quality of service from the minute we walked in. We were greeted by Alex as if we were old friends. I need to add that I had never met this young man before walking in the door. I have dietary restrictions. He helped me place my order, provided nutrition lists and helped to make sure everything I ordered matched my needs. I have never had any restaurant help me with such sincerity before. We were also helped by a second employee to make sure the elderly person with us had the best seat for her needs. She later stopped back to see how everything else was. In addition, Alex stopped back to see if I was happy with the food choices he helped me choose. We were again surprised when Alex stopped back yet again with a special dessert treat and helped me to determine how much of it I could safely eat. I can only say “Wow!” I will certainly go back here again and if I had the ability I’d give Alex a raise! We were made to feel as if we mattered not just as customers but as people. I wish more places had employees Thank you Alex! If this is how Mission BBQ provides service more companies could learn from them and from Alex.”

The cocktails & wine list top notch! Our goal this summer is to eat through the menu!! They are only open Wednesday, Thursday & Friday but they also have a food truck that happens around town! The family also bought Daily Dose recently - so all of Jen’s hard work and awesomeness can now continue at DD being in such great hands! Thank you for great dining experiences! “We are new to the area and decided to try some local Chinese carry out, this place is really good! My husband and I both loved the fried dumplings and the crab ragoon. We had to go back again the next day. I had two orders of crab ragoon this time since the kids devoured them all the previous night. The szechuan chicken, yum delicious! I enjoyed the chicken and broccoli as well. One night we had the sweet and sour chicken and the next night we had the sweet and sour pork. Both perfectly fried and tender juicy meat. And we had these desserts fried little puffy things covered in sugar similar to a donut, i think it was a frid wonton dessert. The lady who was there was very warm and friendly, she might be the owner but I am very satisfied with the overall experience and look forward to trying more food.”

They were absolutely amazing and because a lot of my family members, including my grandfather were presidents female and males and been going there since I was young with my grandfather, and I have one of the biggest families in Kenosha, so for someone that is married to my cousin to post this bad review, it’s really hurtful, but I guess you have those kinds of people in the world that can never be happy but let me tell you this when she said to move to another section and they rolled her eyes. That was me because she was in a section that she wasn’t supposed to belong to because all the bread was nice and hot with the oil waiting over there. She open the door and went into a section. She shouldn’t be that’s why there was the door was closed so I helped with so much also because our cousin Crystal blood Cousin was waiting on us. She was wonderful and because I am comfortable with the Italian American because I’ve been there for 50 years through my family I wanted to help I bought freshwater all the time with her. There was hot bread three at every table Crystal was and Caleb and I for my grandmother and family helping the food was excellent as always and she’s gone now, but one thing I can say because that comment that she posted just really hurt me. My grandmother told me she loved the Italian American and my aunt and uncles always had great. You just get so much food that you can bring home and Nancy is an amazing cook. Nancy even came out from the kitchen to say hello to all of us while she was so busy I was even helping giving fresh water and you complain about bread that wasn’t on the table and someone rolled their eyes and you’re lying because it was me your cousin that told you you’re in the wrong section I’m helping you out, dear. Why were you over there? You had no business being there. I was trying to help my family. We’re grieving getting in the right spot on the table fresh out of the oven and I never rolled my eyes. You’re my cousin, but I’m very ashamed of you but I guess you always have that one in the family that is just never happy but I definitely know this is probably going to cause problems in my family, but I’m sticking up for the Italian American and the hard workers that work there so I’m going against my cousin because she’s lying. I love you Italian American Nancy works with you on prices even if you don’t have that much money and you want something nice she truly works with you. They have such great food. Caleb is so wonderful. He’s a wonderful bartender and even his voice he sings. He came in saying three times one in Italian Ave Maria and other songs because I asked him to to my grandmother and she cried on her birthday Crystal hard worker, but the bus boys they came constantly and got stuff off the tables I even helped and I didn’t need to I just wanted to because I love the Italian American so I’m sorry this is so long but I definitely had to say something. It made me emotional because it's reminded me of my grandma kitchen and the food was by far the best I've ever had. I leave extremely full and the food is fresh,hot and delicious. The cook are too older women Tere and Reyna and I have fell absolutely in love with there cooking. They never forget a customer and even make empanadas that are great snack to take home.My favorite are the chicken enchiladas I go crazy for the red sauce no one has made it as good or even close. The waiters are awesome always the boys are always a great conversation and get what I need right away. Go easy on the girl she does smile and will get the hang of the job.(Never know what a person going thru so be nice) But a 30 minute drive is always worth it. This is our favorite place and we try a new place everytime we decide to dine but now can't stop coming back for more. so from illinois and wisconsin this is our #1 spot and we'll worth it so glad it ain't far but I drive hours for the food!”
