I stop by everyday and for the most part my order is always right. It would be nice if when my order is wrong I could call and someone would actually pick up. Because I now have to wait until I get out of work to get my ordered corrected.
My son ordered an ice cream cake and had it door dashed, the dasher made a substitution on their own so my son went in to get the right ice cream cake
This is one of the few dunkin' donuts places that is always been good to me and My GF. They make our stuff right we don't have to repeat it a second time. These people are very friendly and very courteous and very professional. This is one of the few dunkin' donuts I don't have to worry about the order being messed up because they're already on top of the order. Beverages are made to perfection, and donuts, such as the Boston crème, remain popular, especially when warmed up or freshly baked. The location is known for consistently good coffee and impressively soft and fresh bagels. However, some customers have experienced issues with incorrect orders and untrained cashiers in the past. The parking setup can still be challenging, with a steep approach and limited space, causing lines to spill out onto the busy street. Despite these issues, Dunkin' continues to be a favorite for many, known for good service and quality products, including the popular pup cups and medium iced lattes. The restaurant is also wheelchair accessible, with a small ramp and large inside dining area to accommodate those needs.
