“The employee was absolutely amazing, the restaurant was very clean, the bathroom was clean, and I'm not a huge pizza enthusiast, but, in all my years, it was the best pizza ever. The crust was perfect, as
well as the rest of it (pan pizza). We also had cheesy bread, which was also perfect. I found our next favorite pizza place. Also, much more affordable than the pizza places. We went to the Pizza Hut on 18th Street in Kenosha, Wisconsin. Thank you Mari.“
“They ran out of breadsticks and the fryer went down for the chalupa shells but the staff were really apologetic and went above and beyond to compensate.Historically this place is pretty good but sometimes they goofy something with the order. Still, we keep coming back“

I ordered a pizza and my DoorDash driver forgot to include my Pepsi. I was in the middle of doing construction at a house and literally had nothing to drink. I called Pizza Hut and spoke with Mike. He immediately acknowledged the issue and personally brought the drink to the house.
That is top-notch customer service. Mike went above and beyond, and I really appreciate the effort. Great job and thank you again!“
