“Two employees I dealt with were great. The front end lady was bubbly personable and very helpful. The young man in the back didn't speak but smiled under his Jurassic Park mask. They seemed to actually be enjoying the day and my food was perfect. From the crisp pepperoni to the perfectly baked pasta. Best experience I had in a while.“

“Daniel here at your local Kops Park Pizza hut located on 76th and burleigh. I ordered online about 30 dollars worth Saturday night, and their system said it would be done in 15 minutes. 10:15 I arrive at the store. I was immediately greeted with a harmonized "we're closed!" I wasn't sure why they were closing at 10:15pm (45 min before posted closing time) when my order was promised to be finished. I questioned the young lady and man about why and if my return would be issued. They assured me it would, and so I took their word for it and drove to Taco Bell instead. Then, on Sunday morning, around 11:30 a.m., I checked my email for the PizzaHut email cancelation of my order. I was met with a different email asking to leave a review of how my food was last night. I went to the store within 20 minutes and to my surprise, the doors were locked, at noon! The manager/shift leader, Jeff, opened the door and gave an exhausted "we're closed." I recognize Jeff and explain my situation to them. They sympathize with me and go on to tell me all the issues this store has been put through and how little concern the owners and head of departments have shown in terms of the overall quality and functionality of the 76th st location. Not having the proper equipment and support in any business will cripple the performance and deter any progress in a business. As I can gather from countless other reviews, this location has been facing neglect, and it surfaces on the face of each individual tasked with having to be show up here everyday.P.s. Jeff asked if I was hungry and made me food after hearing him speak up about the problems they have been forced to deal with, which are very much out of their control. Thank you Jeff!“
“Employees were great, although the delivery driver has his backseat completely full of garbage up to the windows. I'm glad I decided to pick up my food. I would not want my food riding with all that garbage. Who knows what's hiding in there.“
“After getting to Domino's and having them tell us that they did not complete our large, prepaid order, of 15 pizzas, and that they were not going to complete it, we were left in quite a bind. We were having an event that we needed the pizzas for. Hoping to be able to find a solution, we called this Pizza Hut, and Dan was AMAZING! He was able to make the 15 pizzas for us within the hour! Everyone was also very friendly. Could not have been happier with the quality of service here!“
