“I want to take a moment to recognize Phileak, the manager at Pizza Hut, because he truly deserves to be acknowledged for going above and beyond.
On my birthday, my order was unfortunately made incorrectly. Mistakes happen, and I completely understand that. What really stood out to me was how Phileak handled the situation. He personally made sure my order was remade correctly and went out of his way to make things right. What could have easily been a disappointing experience for my birthday turned into a reminder that there are still people who genuinely care about their customers. Phileak was kind, understanding, professional, and truly went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. His customer service was exceptional, and you could tell that he wasn't just doing his job, he genuinely wanted to make sure I was happy, especially for my birthday dinner of choice. That kind of care and effort means more than people realize. Pizza Hut is incredibly lucky to have a manager like Phileak. He is honestly one of the best, and I hope his hard work and dedication are recognized. “Although i had to wait for my food, i appreciated the freshness of it the order. It did come out wrong the 1st time but the manager Ms.K was very professional and helped me out very quickly with no issue. One of the best pizza hut I've been to in a long time. Also the music was jamming“
