“I am incredibly unhappy with my experience with pizza hut. Thursday I ordered a pizza for delivery online. it showed up in an hour or so which is fine but that is literally the only good part. the pizza was cold, doughy, pepperoni was burnt and there was a hole in the middle of one of the slices. no dipping sauce or anything. the pizza was inedible and I ended up throwing it out. I emailed my complaint thinking I get a reply back in a timely manner, it told me to expect a response within 48 hrs. it us now Monday and I have not heard anything. I then called the store to get a refund and was told to call back after 5 to speak with a manager. I called 5 times and no one answered. called again but pressed a different button and was told twice they'd connect me to the store to only again get no answer. all I want is a refund. I will never be ordering again!“
“Lol. I can't believe I'm giving pizza hut 4 stars but after I left Chicago and made the horrid mistake of moving to the dirty stallis. ( I still have flashbacks) This place actually was pretty decent overall. Pros: cheap pizza, always honored coupons and promotions and was generous with toppings and always got the order right. Close to my old home (I left of course and went back to sanity in chicago) but when I did live here it was close. Management was very nice and once it took a while to get my delivery so they gave me a coupon for a free medium pizza. Cons: it was usually never ready on time. I'd be quoted a time and it would be 10 minutes past that. Its pizza hut so I got fat. I'm also hoping to get the breadstick recipe before I die one day“
