“There’s a meat raffle at 3 PM sound quality of the football game is fantastic. The guy got hurt and we’re still waiting to see if he’s OK the drinks are fairly priced and the Philly cheesesteak looks delicious. Also the pretzels come with cream cheese, which is unique based on my experience with pretzels, I haven’t seen cream cheese available, much jalapeños, couldn’t be spicier, which is a good thing, there are rats on the windows don’t worry they’re not real clean very well. There’s a guy named Kinney who shoots pool either on Tuesdays or Fridays. He’s gonna be here next week Friday next week. He’s an offensive player he does it cheap plenty of parking.“
“Hidden gem with top notch mixologists. Great beer selection too. And personalities galore. Beautiful beer garden with impromptu baggo competitions. Always friendly and inviting. Packer games here are quite energetic. But opposing fans are always made welcome. Like me. Highly recommend. I travel far to my only bar. A dive bar it is not. I challenge you to find a classier joint. Pretentiousness is an occasional import. And swiftly exported.“
“I placed. An order of corn, beef and cabbage Sunday, St. Paddy's Day.When I arrived ,the order, was just put together piping hot and smelling delicious.Kid-friendliness: When I arrived, Lisa was just coming out of the kitchen with my food already Put together in a brown bag, very friendly with a big beautiful smile.“
“Wow! Back in the day, we'd have a snort at the port ( of whiskey). Hey Yo Sal wtf? Warren on his drums, GG Allen flinging his business everywhere. Be sure to stand way back. If you never saw GG Allen, Beautiful Burt and the Crotch Crickets or the Electric Circus...You have no idea what you missed. Oh the end of the 80's early 90's were epic!“
“Fast and friendly service! They have your typical bar food but they keep their fry oil clean. Food tastes great portion sizes are your typical. 2 pool tables if you want to shoot around. Plenty of parking. Outdoor area to smoke. Few of the long living bars in Kenosha that the owners haven't neglected maintenance.“
“First time here. Was there at lunch time. Good food. Good priced drinks. Seemed like a few regulars in there. That's a good thing. Great bartender. Obviously she takes pride in her job. Clean and welcoming. Will be back for sure. Great atmosphere.“
“Basic shack looking bar in Winthrop Harbor. It doesn't look like much. The Tavern On Sheridan has great drink prices though. Fun place for watching games. Pretty much that's about all there is it seems. About the drinks. It has tons of specials. These go on throughout the week. Last time it had quite a few. Very cheap stuff. Beers come in bottles or cans. The beers are mostly basic but there's a few crafts though. It was $2.75 for Jaeger. The other specials were this price or not a lot. Good bar. It looks crappy from the outside. The inside isn't a lot better but it has a coziness to it though.“
“The Owner (Danny) treats everyone with Kindness and Respect. Kind of like the Bar “Cheers.” He won’t forget your name and he will always greet you with a smile. Also enjoy the music-especially the 20 minute plus version of “Get Ready” by Rare Earth!“
“Ah, Bill's Corner Club. This is truly a fond memory for me. I am a 1965 graduate of Bradford high school and used to drink and play pool at Bill's. It truly is so long ago. I am happy to see this site. So does anyone remember me? If so, let me know. Cheers, John Wells now living in Yokohama, Japan“
