McDonald's in Kenosha

“Very low key but public atmosphere. Workers are very professional and are on time with the food. The food quality here is even good and they make sure they clean up the drink fountain. Getting deliveries here is next to nothing easy very friendly staff no issues at all.“

“Got two cones via the drive through yesterday and everyone I interacted with was so friendly and kind. Even a guy leaving his shift, walking to his car, greeted us kindly while we were sitting outside eating. Cones were also extra delicious.“

Let me start by saying that I am a RARE fast food eater these days. But, this morning I was out and about earlier than usual and decided to check the McDonalds App for a deal.

They had Buy a Breakfast Sandwich, get one for .50. Perfect! So, 2 sandwiches for under $6. Sold!

I ordered on the App, picked it up in store, and it worked out very smoothly. The store was clean and I was able to use the tidy restroom.

The reason I’m writing this review though, is because I can tell that my food was made with care AND packaged with love… pride in delivering something well put-together to their customers. (Which is really saying something these days)

The packages my sandwiches well, added a nice amount of napkins to the bag, and thanked me as I grabbed it all.
All is this is certainly worth a positive review. Great job to them!

If you’re in the area, and hungry, I highly recommend this quick option at this specific McDonalds.

“Uhhh not sure what the low reviews are even talking about. The service I received was fast, well communicated, friendly, and fresh hot food. If you trust in reviews I wouldn’t trust the negative ones. Probably Karen’s who never worked in fast food and threw a hissy for not getting a free French fry 🤣“

“Usually I’ve had some iffy experiences at this location. HOWEVER, tonight I had the best experience of my life. I asked for “hella” ranch, and was in fact given HELLA ranch. All condiments were used (ranches, mayonnaise, and ketchup) and did in fact meet “hella” ranch standards. 100 out of 5 stars experience tonight, when it’s typically a 3.5. NOT TO MENTION, NO FOOD ITEMS WERE FORGOTTEN!!!!!!!! Service was timely as well. They did in fact exceed standard expectations when asked for “hella” ranch and some mayonnaise and ketchup.“

“I came in at close to 10pm, it wasn't busy at all. Tammy (working the 1st window) was super friendly and told me about the Dirty Dr Pepper. She was great to speak to after my long day and lifted up my mood. At the second windows Vion handled my food and was kind as well. The customer service at this location is great on the night shift. My burger was hot and freshly made, the fries were still good, but not as hot as the burger. Maybe they were made some time before I got there, but not stale at all. I enjoyed the meal, and the Dirty Dr Pepper was a great upgrade. It is like a dessert and drink all in one. For a first impression they did very well, and if im in Kenosha again around the area I'll stop by for another visit. The entrance was slightly difficult to find in the dark (i entered through the plaza parking lot, and it was a few turns to get to it from the main street I was on) but not too hard.

I recommend if you value awesome, family-like service and a quick bite.“
