My order was messed up these things happen and with the new assistant manager Derek being there he handled it so professionally and I personally think that this McDonald’s location will become a lot better because they’re starting to hire people who actually care about the customers so thank you. Derek is going to be refunding money back for the order that was messed up and he offered me a free meal which was more than enough. Thanks again!
The dining area is generally pretty clean, but the service is so bad that it doesn’t really matter. Some of the employees are very polite, but others just walk around talking to each other or listening to music missing the customers around them. Wait times are inexcusably long. You get the impression that they’re prioritizing carry-out and Uber Eats orders over the drive-thru and dine-in orders. I come here all the time. I will no longer come here. I waited an hour for a medium coffee and a large caramel frappe. Never came after an hour then had to go inside and wait another 45 minutes to be told I still had to wait then made my drinks wrong n told me to have a nice day. Also the manager on duty was doing nothing but talking plenty of trash out loud about customers and employees.
