I come here all the time. I will no longer come here. I waited an hour for a medium coffee and a large caramel frappe. Never came after an hour then had to go inside and wait another 45 minutes to be told I still had to wait then made my drinks wrong n told me to have a nice day. Also the manager on duty was doing nothing but talking plenty of trash out loud about customers and employees. This is very unacceptable and you jus lost a valuable customer and all.my family and friends who come to this location.

Hamburger buns were rock hard on my order! Service took forever! And my burgers were so sloppy made I had to eat with a fork! Never going back to that McDonald’s again! For as much as thing cost I’d expect a little pride in the work!

THIS location needs alot of help. Very very slow. If you have a chance to go to any other McDonald's do so, it will save alot of stress and TIME. This is a daily issue at this location.

My order was messed up these things happen and with the new assistant manager Derek being there he handled it so professionally and I personally think that this McDonald’s location will become a lot better because they’re starting to hire people who actually care about the customers so thank you. Derek is going to be refunding money back for the order that was messed up and he offered me a free meal which was more than enough. Thanks again!

Best dumpster to dive into in Kenosha.I love going here to wait 20 minutes for cold food missing half my order.My own fault.You'd think I would learn.Just in August 23' the manager cussed me out for saying it's unacceptable to yell at his employees and scold them publicly.When half of Kenosha was burnt down in 2021, this was the only building they missed.Yea... I'm bitter.Just wait, you will be too.Cheers ?Vegetarian options: McDonald's doesn't care about vegetarians.Kid-friendliness: Unprofessional and aggressive atmosphere.Not recommended for children.

The dining area is generally pretty clean, but the service is so bad that it doesn’t really matter. Some of the employees are very polite, but others just walk around talking to each other or listening to music missing the customers around them. Wait times are inexcusably long. You get the impression that they’re prioritizing carry-out and Uber Eats orders over the drive-thru and dine-in orders. I pretty regularly see lines of 4+ people by the register waiting for food they’ve ordered and the drive-thru is almost always wrapped nearly around the building. Once you get the food it’s what you can typically expect from McDonalds.Maybe if the company paid people a little more they’d attract more than literal children to run the restaurant. CEO Chris Kempczinski is going to need to cut some of that 17.8 million dollar salary to pay his employees a living wage…Parking: The parking is adequate but some of the spots can become blocked by the cars waiting in the drive-thru.

McDonald’s is just consultant and cheap food and I love it. It also just such a quick meal on to go and this store makes it even quicker. The team really knows how to get food out and direct orders. Food is almost always ready at the window in my many visits. I’ve never been in the store, but the outside is well kept. Honestly my only complaint is that I seemingly cannot get service outside this store which makes using the mobile app a challenge in the drive-through
