I’m really disappointed with my experience this morning around 6:30 AM. There’s a newer employee I’ve noticed working there who is shorter and has brownish hair. While I was waiting for my drink, she didn’t acknowledge me or speak to me at all and was just standing inside. That honestly caught me off guard because I’ve never had that happen when coming here before. The customer service usually feels much more friendly and welcoming.

They never disappoint! The drinks are good and the staff are super friendly. The service was pretty quick and you can tell all team members put in effort. I grab a coffee almost everyday! I recommend giving it a try!!!
