“So my husband and I visited other Olive Gardens. One in gurnee which I loved the waitress, one in racine which I was not happy with the service and our first time today in kenosha. Our waitress Cassie was so wonderful. She asked the right questions, the salad plates were cold for the salad, the food was nice and hot. But what I liked the most was when Cassie asked if we liked anything else before she brought our food out. So this will be our place from now on. Thank you Cassie for your service. I give you a 10 as a waitress“

Carol, the manager, noticed the issue prior to me calling her and immediately rectified the situation. She was very professional, courteous, and understanding throughout the process.
