“My daughter took me to lunch and we encountered the manager (Jason) who seated us. A very, very pleasant person! I ordered calamari and chicken Marsala, both so salty I couldn't eat it and I informed staff. I did bag it and bring it home. My daughter had the spinach artichoke dip and mushroom ravioli in which both were excellent. I wasn't looking for free food, I just wanted them to know how salty the food was. We paid for everything and then the manager came over a few minutes later and offered a gift card. That was so nice of him. I do want to give kudos to the manager (Jason) he has a great personality for the position he holds. I hope I have the manager's right name. I will visit again..“

“DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY HERE ANYMORE. They used to have employees deliver. The service was always polite, orders were correct and I was happy to tip the driver well. Now, this location has made the short sighted decision to use the train wreck that is DoorDash. My experiences with DD has been nothing but a disaster no matter what restaurant. I refuse to patronize a company that fails so consistently. So today I was ill and ordered delivery. The online app DOES NOT inform you that DoorDash does the delivery until AFTER you check out. That’s kinda sneaky don’t you think? So, do I call the store and cancel my order? Not feeling well, I decided to give it another chance. DoorDash fulfilled my expectations and FAILED again. I was missing an item that was clearly on the receipt on the bag. I called the store and was told I would “need to address the problem with DoorDash”. I was not happy. I drove to the store and spoke my mind to the manager. She was polite and satisfied me as best she could. She made me a fresh order of the missing item and gave me a full refund. For that I am thankful. She did everything in her power to make me happy. I am hoping someone above the store manager learns of this experience and reconsiders their delivery arrangements. I will not use DoorDash or their business partners ever again.“

“Really enjoyed our meal at St Francis Brewery. Stephanie, our server was attentive and friendly. Food delivery was super speedy. Pretzel bites and cheese were so good. We had the Beer can chicken and chicken tenders- both excellent. Also big fans of the sweet potato fries. Live music was fantastic. Altogether a great vibe- we’ll be back!“

“My niece and nephews stumbled on this place tonight. I felt like I was at home eating with my family. The Papaya salad and Laos sausage was as wholesome and authentic as it gets, definitely on point. The staff was awesome, they made my food with the heat I was looking for and with fresh peppers and I could talk with Ottis for hours about food if I wasn't pressed by some sleepy teenagers. I appreciate the experience, it added to the recharging I'm getting on vacation back up here in the cities. I will definitely be back when I come back up.“

“We often dine at Olive Garden. We have always enjoyed the food and service. Today was somewhat disappointing. It was raining pretty hard outside and as I entered the foyer of course there is going to be a wet floor, I slipped and almost fell. Luckily I caught myself. Three hostesses look and never tried to help or ask me if I was okay. On that note they never even greeted us as they were too busy talking. I said maybe someone should wipe up the water on the floor or move the mats closer to the door. No response. When we were being seated I saw a manager and mentioned it to him. He was also very disinterested, also. I hope nobody falls, especially the few older people with canes and walkers who were dining. Thank goodness for our server Jason who made our dining experience very enjoyable. VERY disappointed with the rest of your staff!!!“

“Was very good. I had the Mediterranean salad fully loaded. It showed the chix sliced but it comes in cubes. Get the extra cruasant buttered(thx to Joey for making it special). Oh my my my! I like to take the salad and flip it upside down into the cruasant bowl and use the cruasant to make a sandwich. When it comes out to you the chix and veggies are on the bottom. Ask for extra Italian dressing. The prices are comparable to other restaurants. Its a nice clean place. Only problem is the parking. Not much room. Though there's parking not to far. Its kinda hidden back behind a hotel and a apt building. I relaxed over by the splash pads over by the Town center and took a nice walk. Lots to do in the area. So get up and get in your hoopdee and get you sum Chocolate Factory grub.“

“On my soup craving days Soup Market never dissapoints. Always fresh. Samples, suggestions, options. And friendly owner and staff. Recently had a minor mix up and the owner and staff were quick to attend and resolve the issue. I really like establishments that actually care for their product and people. Soup up!“

“We have only gotten take out, but everything has been delicious! Loved the chicken noodle, tomato bisque, potato chowder… those have all been delicious. My husband who adds hot sauce to everything actually couldn’t handle the 5 Alarm chili, so maybe avoid that or order with caution!! The rice crispy treats are the best I have ever had! This is on our Milwaukee “where to eat” regular routine now, especially with winter coming! Everything tastes homemade and they couldn’t be nicer.“

“During my visit I accidentally dropped my beverage on the ground and created a large spill. I was touched by the response from the general manager who quickly reassured me, insisted I not worry about the spill, and even provided me with a brand new drink. As a customer, I felt very cared for and I feel that I have experienced this great level of service very few times. I was overall very satisfied with my experience today and I will be returning to this establishment again.“

“Best Panera EVER! I’ve been going to this one since I was little & I’ll forever go to this specific one. The food is always amazing, the workers are so nice & the place overall is just the best. I live across a Panera & I still go out the way to this one. The manager Areta especially is always so helpful & goes above & beyond to help her customers. She does it with me every time & I see it with others too. She makes my order that’s no longer on the menu & does everything she can to give the best experience. “Terrible customer service and that coming from a team manager. First he doesn’t understand not knows how to explain the menu and how deals work, then he makes people wait for ever by cashing other customers and explaining unnecessary stuff and third he doesn’t know how to make up for his own mistake (because he did realize he forgot about us).
Sorry but this location will definitely will be skipped by us in the future, if they don’t know how to value their regulars.“

“I love the Fuji apple chicken salad for my favorite salad!!! Favorite soup is broccoli cheddar. Favorite sandwich is bacon turkey bravo!! I recommend a “You Pick Two”. Half serving of mixture order of soup, salad, or sandwich. Good drink selection too! But get there before the mad dash of lunch!!! May be hard to find a seat!!“
