“We haven't been here for a few years and my wife wanted to try it for her birthday. The interior is all remodeled, new furniture, decor, etc. from the last time we visited. It was 5:30PM on a Sunday and we were seated immediately. The waitress was prompt and courteous, the food was delivered quickly, and everyone liked their food. Everyone knows it's not freshly prepared or authentic Italian food, that's not what we expected. My wife was given her choice of anything on the dessert menu for free which was very nice. My only complaint was the price; like every restaurant these days it's not cheap. For 1 chicken entree, 3 fettuccini alfredo plates, and 1 kids meal it was about $110. A plate of fettuccini alfredo alone is $16, plus $4.25 for a soda, etc.Kid-friendliness: There were many families with children dining on a Sunday night, it wasn't crazy loud but it's not fine dining either, definitely bring the kids along and definitely don't expect to have a quiet meal with only adults around you.“
“This review is strictly about the service at this Panera Bread. I am Sip Club member, frequent this location often, and have observed customer service in action many tines.Barb (day shift manager) is second to none! Any time there is a problem with an order she promptly addresses it, and almost always exceeds the customer's expectation! She always does it with a smile. Barb is always positive. I have never observed her being rude. She is a true asset to this location.Joseph (swing shift manager) is great as well. Always eager to assist customers. One time quickly helped an elderly customer that fell near entrance. He is always upbeat and a great problem solver as well."The Twins" (day shift team members) these ladies are wonderful! They make sure to greet each customer as they enter the cafe. They will often address regulars by their name. They are always upbeat and always eager to assist both customers and fellow team members.Charlie (weekend team member) I have watched him grow over the past months. Charlie is becoming a great leader. He will often multi-task between working the line and cashier. Charlie is always a pleasure to deal with. Charlie will go above and beyond without asking. This Panera is very lucky to have such wonderful employees.“
“Used to hate Panera. Overpriced in the past and had been unimpressed by less than average staff. HOWEVER I love it now save am am potentially a future advocate thanks to the unlimited sip cup experience!!! Awesome coupons and rewards. Within one week of use I have received a free half dozen bagels, treats and discounts. I hope this continues - if so, I will be a fan for life!!!Love the unlimited sip cup!“
“Mark the guy up front was awesome not just to me but to the lady in front of me and lady behind me. Everything was great. It’s great they do school fundraisers too. Again Mark, the cashier with glasses and dark hair was stellar and I’ll now be back. Give him a big raise (include all the kitchen people too they were friendly as well)!!!!“
“This was our first time eating at the Rainbow ? Restaurant. My husband and I moved to waukesha a couple years ago and we were searching for a ma & pa style place that was close to us, to eat. I believe we hit the jack pot. The staff is friendly and not afraid to talk with you. The prices are decent but mostly the food is done right. Fluffy eggs, NOT burned. You should give it a try. Thank you for having us. We will be back.“
“Love this local coffee spot. I can't believe how inexpensive their pour over is. Great they use Valentine beans as well. I've had some of the muffins that were delicious also the breakfast sandwich. The staff are typically pretty friendly but understand being busy. Go to spot since it's close to where I stay when visiting. outdoor seating is alright, booths inside are comfy but limited overall space. More of a grab and go spot for me.“
“When dining in, the warm chips and salsa are fantastic for a starter. I enjoyed a horchata and ate a torta (Torta De Milanesa) and had a lengua taco and a tripa taco. Both tacos were on corn tortillas with cilantro and onions and were accompanied by lime wedges. I will definitely revisit and would order each item again.“
“Very similar to Panera, but definitely a much larger selection. The mushroom bisque was really tasty and had plenty of mushrooms .The sandwich was ok,but needed a little bit more BBQ flavor.I like the chocolate covered strawberry, nice touch.Portions are much larger then Panera too!“
“I LOVE coming here! The food is great and the service is always amazing. Everyone that works here is very friendly and helpful.I'm sad I can only give Java Train 5/5 stars.Vegetarian options: Most options on the menu have meat, although there are a few without. If you are vegetarian, I highly recommend their egg salad sandwich on a croissant. They also sell many drinks, vegetarian friendly sides, and treats!Parking: Parking is directly next to the building.Wheelchair accessibility: The ramp to get in is connected to the parking lot. You will enter through the back door. It is tight, but maneuverable. While the ramp itself is fine, there is a bit of a lip between the ramp and lot. (You may have to go backwards over this.)“
“Wow! We were very impressed and just may have found our new favorite! Tried humitas and mushroom/cheese empanadas! AmazingHad the skirt steak chimchurri tacos! And then the mollejas which was amazing!Amazing drinks. Watermelon margarita with tajin, spring rose cocktail (yum) and a raspberry margarita. Our server, Alba, was phenomenal! Coming back soon“
