I did the order pick up. They were ready with the food on time. They delivered food to car promptly. I think the spaghetti is the best. I ordered more sauce and wished it would have been a bigger container full since I did order a large. The bread sticks are always very good. Everything was packed up very well and delicious. Did a mobile order so I should have figured. I got there early for pick up and let them know to be nice. The staff was rude complaining that I showed up too early (waited 45min) on an "asap" order. Food itself was mixed bag. Baked pasta tasted okay, but was crumbly. Salad was not washed or looked at beforehand, had to throw rotting pieces out. Bread sticks were drier than normal.

It's good. Yeah, it's a chain, but the food is decent, portions are huge and a good value, it's comfy and warm inside, and the staff is nice. It's a nice little place to sit down and get some dinner, or a reasonable lunch deal.Parking: Big lot.
