Our server, Ricardo, was excellent. The manager, Arlan, was very attentive. Great to see new management.
I had an unfortunate breakdown between ordering off the app and the food getting to me. It was a very terrible experience since it was for a scheduled event. Carol, the manager, noticed the issue prior to me calling her and immediately rectified the situation. She was very professional, courteous, and understanding throughout the process. She did an outstanding job of handling me unfiltered and for that OG will still be my favorite go to! Thank you Carol! You’re awesome!
