“Some of the most beautifully plated dishes I've ever seen. Special garnishes, sauces, great attention to detail. I had the vegetarian kofte and the dumplings looked like works of art, each with a delicate slice of pickled radish on top. Authentic dishes, but artistry in presentation really made it next level. “I have waited so long to have excellent Indian food nearby, and Had's Indian Cuisine fits the bill. From the excellent mango lassi to appetizers (I love the veg samosas) to main courses and the buffet, everything is cooked perfectly. My favorites--I'm a vegetarian--are the bengain bhartha, gobi manchurian, and chili paneer.The lunch buffet has more offerings than I've seen at other Indian places in town. And there are enough meat dishes to keep my husband happy, and plenty of veggie dishes for me. My d-i-l is a gluten free/vegetarian, and she finds several offerings.Altogether, I think this is a great place. It's casual enough that you can drop in after shopping at Kohls (next door), and the people are very kind. If you like Indian food and haven't tried it, I suggest you do.“

I come from Washington DC and have been to hundreds of Indian restaurants but not a match with this restaurant which beats Quality, Taste, Simplicity and Fresh food !!Delicious , Fresh, just like Home food. We have been eating at this place for six years now and never have ever been disappointed. The newly added Vada paav is the best vadapav I have tried in US so far. Their service is quick and staff is humble. Great place for quick grab and go and for your light on stomach yet delicious office lunches.“

“Throughly enjoyed stopping by this Milwaukee staple, the laid back lunchroom vibes were a perfect pick me up on a rainy afternoon. Lunch service had slowed down before I arrived so I got in and out in a flash. Food was very very solid, my only complaint was it could've had a bit more flavor, but I'm chalking most of that up to me being a bit later in their lunch service. Overall, I'd highly recommend stopping by, definitely worth taking a long lunch for.“

We really enjoyed all the dishes we got; they were tasty and perfectly spiced. The server was new but they really tried hard and ended up getting everything correctly. Amazing customer service and informative staff that have no issue in giving recommendations. I have tried multiple dishes and my favorite is the lamb curry and the chicken tikka masala with garlic naan and a delicious mango lassi. They are clean hospitable and professional. This family restaurant works as a team and you can see the love and passion they all have for this gem.❤️ I couldn’t recommend them enough. “Have you seen that when ordering takeout online at royalindiamke.com it's possible to build rewards towards free meals? This online system is presented clearly and effectively. I think it's incredibly useful and has motivated me to continue trying new dishes in each order. I don't know of any other Indian restaurant that uses this technique to help improve the online ordering experience. I really admire their choice to add a rewards program. I encourage you to be friendly, ask how they're doing, and give genuine tips in person while picking up your order and the food portions will likely become more available, especially in the 65 Chicken entree. I so much appreciate from my heart the chance to get to enjoy the recommendations of my friends who work here and I hope that this restaurant continues to flourish, and that the picture of the zebras near the rest rooms could be straightened. “My husband and I enjoy Indian Cuisine. We have eaten at Indian Restaurants across Wisconsin and throughout the United States; this one is our absolute favorite. The owners are so accommodating and extremely friendly. Everything on the menu is delicious. Presentation is on point and the level of spice is totally in your hands. Portions are large and prices are great. The Marsala Chai is full bodied with a perfect balance of spice. If you are looking for a casual dining experience with the best of Indian Cuisine this is the place to go.“
