41 Best Indian Restaurants near Streamwood

“My family and I came on a Friday evening (09/11) and ordered 3-4 things (a rice dish, a paneer dish, jasmine rice, and 2 deserts). The flavor and quality of the rices were great, and they were in a big portion. The paneer came in a small bowl, even though it cost 12-14 dollars. And, it took 40 minutes to get the first three dishes out.
The crew very apologetic and quite frantic, so I really appreciate their effort.“

“Really enjoyed our meal at Choice Indian Restaurant. The Manchurian was definitely the highlight very flavorful and perfectly prepared. The gravies were delicious, and the naan paired really well with them. The atmosphere was pleasant and overall we had a great experience. The only small suggestion would be to make the Chur Chur Naan a little softer. Otherwise, everything was excellent. Definitely looking forward to visiting again!“

“My gujju heart and stomach are full. Just took my husband and myself to Sattvic for dinner. The thali was amazing. Unlike other Indian restaurants the food was spiced just right not too hot that it would give you heart burn and stomach ulcers. It was just right, perfect balance of flavors. Definitely going back.
The wait staff was also very attentive and polite.
I highly recommend this. Just like home cooked food.“

“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We had a wonderful experience at Dum n Grill! The ambience is really nice, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. They took the time to explain the menu and helped us choose some great dishes.

We visited with family and friends and tried quite a few items. The Shaadi Wala Red Chicken Curry was very yummy, especially with Rumali Roti. The kids really enjoyed the Malai Tikka Kebab.

We also tried the Street Style Fried Rice, which had that authentic Indian street-style taste. If you like spicy food, definitely ask them to make it spicy!

I personally loved both the Sattibabu Chicken Pulav and DNG Chicken Pulav. My wife tried the Paneer Veg Pulav and absolutely loved it as well.

For snacks, we also tried the Mysore bonda, which was really good.

We ended our dinner with a nice Irani Chai, which was a perfect way to finish the meal.

Overall, the food quality and quantity were really good. Great ambience, friendly and helpful staff, and lots of flavorful options to choose from. We had a great family dining experience and will definitely visit again!“

“The Talawa Gosh (Mutton Fry) was absolutely delicious—perfectly cooked, rich in flavor, and beautifully spiced. Every bite was tender and packed with taste. The Khatti Dal (Lentil Soup) was the perfect complement—light, tangy, and incredibly comforting.
What made the experience even better was the friendly and courteous service—staff were welcoming and attentive throughout. And to top it all off, the prices were very reasonable, making it a great value for such high-quality food.
Definitely a place worth visiting if you’re craving authentic, flavorful dishes!“

The food was amazing as always and the server Deep was very patient and understanding with us. He took his time explaining the dishes and complied which each of our demands with a smile on his face. Would definitely recommend coming here again and to everyone else.“

“Best Hyderabad Biryani..“

“shahi biryani-bolingbrook. no mirchi no namak , ordered today goat biryani family pack and kadai chicken. it looks there is difference in glendale heights and bolingbrook. biryani should be little more spicy but it was not.“

“Good food with great taste“

“Have been here for lunch on a Wednesday afternoon and have also ordered from this place quite a few times. Their Vijayawada Boneless Chicken Biryani and Wednesday-special Talapakattu Goat Biryani are my go-to dishes here.

The takeout portions are very generous for the price and comparatively larger than what you get at many other places. I haven’t tried too many of their other dishes yet, but the Goat Kheema Biryani was just okay.“

“Hey guys, Food from the Mumbai Cafe was so good. I always like to go there for dinner.“

“Nice, clean restaurant and was not too crowded for Sunday dinner except someone's party. Food was okay nothing exceptional that I was anticipating. I have had more tastier Nihari at Usmania, Sabri or Ali Nihari. BBQ was good but karahi needs more reasonable fixing. We liked the paratha poori, Naan and parathas were freshly made and hot to touch. Staff was polite and courteous.
The parking lot needs fixing. We used disability parking but the walkway was so rocky, uneven and so far from the entrance that my dad almost fell with his rollator. It definitely needs fixing before a lawsuit happens“

“This was my first time trying lamb chops and I’m a genuinely satisfied“

“Excellent taste!“

“Everything was so delicious and yummy. My wife and I went to kolachi from wisconsin just to eat the best briyani and haleem. As always, I have the best experience.“
