“Please, do not trust these bad reviews. I've driven past this place a bunch of times and have wondered about it. I met a couple friends there last night (on a Tuesday). Was quiet at 6:45pm but by the time we left at 8:30 they had a pretty decent crowd for a Tuesday. The food is absolutely amazing, all of it. We had some Aloo Samosa's, Chana Masala, Chicken Makhti, Nihari, and a dish from Chopsticks similar to a Chicken Lo Mein. I can't say it loud enough, the food was seriously top notch, our server was authentic and super personable and fun, what a great place! A+++!!“
“We each got a veggie lunch special . I had the tofu in a red sauce it was best i literally ever had . The price was more than fair for the amount of food ! It was so well seasoned and cooked perfectly . The rice was so fluffy and amazing . I was also loving the crispy bread and dips as an appetizer that’s given before you order . “I ate at this location 4 times so far and I could say the food is very delicious, and always served piping hot and super fresh. Tremendous flavor and rich seasoning. The Chicken Tikka Masala is my personal favorite, the Garlic naan is always perfect. I offer people who have never tried Indian food before and give nothing but compliments to these dishes. However, there was a noticeable lack of staff to manage both delivery orders and diners, resulting in slow service. Hiring more staff could significantly improve the restaurant's efficiency. We initially intended to order some non-vegetarian entrees, but the prolonged wait for the first set discouraged us. It's impressive that the owner and chef single-handedly manages the kitchen, but expanding the team could enhance the overall experience. Bravo to him for his dedication.“

“I just had lunch for the 2nd time here (Naperville) and it was great! It is a terrific casual restaurant, much like Chipotle, Subway, etc. where you select your options. I love Indian food and this did not disappoint. The menu is versatile and clever, and had options for my omni friend and vegan options for me. The owner was there today and was very engaging. They have four locations (so far), three in the city and one in Naperville. Look for more suburban locations to open. I highly recommend!“

“Food was good! I think the bowl is the best value! Also you can customize how spicy you want it to be which is nice! I was super impressed by how my hair and clothes didn't smell afterwards! Their vent system must be pretty good! My only complaint was that they had someone cleaning the carpet, like dusting and flapping the mats while we were eating. I think it was a third company, but the staff didn't even ask them to take it outside or away from the dining area.“

The buffet did not have too many choices to our liking that day and so we ordered items not on the buffet. The jalfrazie was cooked differently but was tasty. My kid loves butter chicken and said it was very good. Naan, samosas, and especially the briyani were all delicious. Briyani had a bit of kick to it as well. This did not taste like generic buffet food! When we came in around 12, the place was empty. Sitting there, no one came in until near the end of our meal. My kid said it was creepy and quiet. No music and a buffet to ourselves. They have a dinner buffet as well, and we will try soon. I'll update my review based on that.“
