“We had brunch at Shahi and it was a get together of almost 75 ladies. the quality of food , taste and service was out of this world. just the Chinese noodles were extra spicy but rest was 5/5. I love the decor, taste and hospitality since the owner Rahila Al Karim took over.“
“The manager at the front did a great job. He was very attentive and respectful. We were running late for our reservations and the staff was kind and understanding. “I’m writing this because it’s honestly ridiculous to see people giving this place 1-star reviews just because they aren't open yet. They are still in the 'Opening Soon' phase!
If you actually check before you drive over, you’ll see they haven’t even posted their hours yet because the doors aren't officially open. Giving a bad rating to a new business for that reason is just dumb and hurts our local halal spots for no reason.
Karahi Boys has an incredible reputation elsewhere, and we should be supporting them, not tanking their rating before they even start. I’m giving them 5 stars to help balance out the noise. I’ll update my review with the details on the food and service once I actually get to try it!“

“My first visit to Char Kabobs was excellent! I wasn’t sure what to order because I’m not (yet!) super familiar with the cuisine. The chef? recommended the Chicken Boti wrap and it was delicious! I’d asked for it spicy and it had the perfect amount of heat for me. Freshly prepared, flavorful tender chicken, lots of onions, just the right amount of lettuce and delicious sauce all wrapped up in fresh flat bread. I will definitely be back to try more items! Highly recommend!!“

“Total hole in the wall with amazing food. I was drawn by the potato vadas, which I’d never had - they are like a small samosa only with vada (lentil) dough. We also had mutter paneer and mutton biryani - all delicious. And very friendly service.“

“shahi biryani-bolingbrook. no mirchi no namak , ordered today goat biryani family pack and kadai chicken. it looks there is difference in glendale heights and bolingbrook. biryani should be little more spicy but it was not.“

“Oh my goodness, YUM!!! If you want delicious authentic food, huge portions, and a great deal on price?!? This is the place to go. I had 3 meals out of one plate. There was so much flavor! If I’m ever back in the area, this is the place I’ll be going to again.“

“Awsome staff. Especially the women that greet you. Took time to explain how dining works. Even offered a tour of the juice bar and homemade bakery including baklava. Food is some of the best middleeastern /indian eats I have ever had in my life..Very clean and plenty of free parking.“
