“I cannot say enough good things about the meal we had. We ordered a ton to share and every dish was better than the last. Chicken Biryani, Butter Chicken, Palak Paneer, Gulab Jamun, the garlic naan, the mutton soup, the mint chutney, perfectly sweet mango lassi, and at least a half dozen other dishes that I forgot the name of. Everything was so good!One thing: make sure to ask for extra spoons early and often!“
“We each got a veggie lunch special . I had the tofu in a red sauce it was best i literally ever had . The price was more than fair for the amount of food ! It was so well seasoned and cooked perfectly . The rice was so fluffy and amazing . I was also loving the crispy bread and dips as an appetizer that’s given before you order . Such a nice place to eat I highly recommend this place . Mild was mild it had just the right amount of spice . “This was our first time here with a toddler and we enjoyed our experience. The ambiance is wonderful and it is nearby our hotel making it very convenient for us to come. The food was fantastic. The pav bhaji was a bit lacking, I felt the bhaji needed more of the actual pav bhaji masala and the pav was maybe slightly stale. The most surprising dish was the spinach kofta, it was delicious. Overall, solid place, especially in an area where the Indian food is slightly lacking.“

“I just had lunch for the 2nd time here (Naperville) and it was great! It is a terrific casual restaurant, much like Chipotle, Subway, etc. where you select your options. I love Indian food and this did not disappoint. The menu is versatile and clever, and had options for my omni friend and vegan options for me. The owner was there today and was very engaging. They have four locations (so far), three in the city and one in Naperville. Look for more suburban locations to open. I highly recommend!“

Their vent system must be pretty good! My only complaint was that they had someone cleaning the carpet, like dusting and flapping the mats while we were eating. I think it was a third company, but the staff didn't even ask them to take it outside or away from the dining area.“

“We ordered items from the menu for lunch. It's nice that the option is given for both a buffet or the menu. The buffet did not have too many choices to our liking that day and so we ordered items not on the buffet. The jalfrazie was cooked differently but was tasty. The owner is very friendly and has updated the place. All in all, a very pleasant lunch!“
“People are leaving one star reviews over minor inconveniences or things outside of the business’s control. Prices of everything have risen dramatically over the past couple of years. If you want great food with good portion sizes, this is your spot! I ordered DoorDash tonight because I was craving Indian and the food is incredible, honestly too much for just me to finish one entree with rice and naan but so good I couldn’t stop eating! The spice level is enough to make your lips tingle while still providing incredible flavor and balance with the rice and naan. It was packaged very securely and it showed they take pride in their food presentation. Businesses are FOR profit which some people seem to forget. So yes, they probably measure out their portions. If you want extra, pay for it. Also, the rice that came with my Lamb Rogan Josh was easily 1-1.5 cups, not half a cup like some reviews may lead you to believe. Was it pricey for just me to DoorDash a meal? Sure. But was the quality much higher than a fast food place? 100%. Five stars, I will absolutely be ordering again!!!“

“We go for the masala dosa which is huge and depending on who makes the chutney its been good and its been meh. Never bad just never the same. The sambar is spicy and taste good. We've had mutton briyani and again depending on the day it can be great or just average. Definitely needs to get staff but this place is hardly full. Also the hours can vary if owner wants to leave early. I'm just glad masala dosa is tasty.“
