Curry à la Flambè turns dinner into a bit of a show. The restaurant has a polished, energetic ambience and a nice fancy vibe, and the tableside presentations make the experience feel more special than a standard Indian dinner. The Mango Habanero Paneer Flambé comes with a tableside flambé presentation—it is fun to watch, and there is good food behind the theatrics too. The food is flavorful, delicious, and phenomenal from the plating to the flavor, with authentic flavors and lots of vegetarian choices. Dishes mentioned include corn fritters, loaded banana peppers, the mango and brie flatbread, naan bombs, lamb sliders, malai kofta, palak paneer, dal makhni, jalapeño naan, onion-pine nut pilaf, and mushroom rice, which was super tasty. The cardamom crème brûlée was a perfect ending, and the chai was great too; the mango kulfi and an unexpectedly excellent chocolate tart may have been the surprise of the night. Everything was clean, service was friendly, and the team was welcoming and guided guests through the menu with great recommendations. Easy parking too.
