“You go for the food not for the atmosphere. The plates are served fresh and hot and best eaten on the tables provided in the restaurant. They do travel well though. Lots of choices. Portion sizes are not gigantic except for the vegetarian one we got which was rice. Was huge. Great place for a quick lunch or dinner.“

“This is one of the best Indian restaurants I have been to. So far out of all the ones in Chicago area I have tried- which have been many, this is the best one. I have been to many Indian restaurants across the country and it is hard to find true, authentic flavors and this place hit the spot. Vihaan was very cordial in making me feel comfortable and at the same time he suggested to start with Masala papad which was indeed great. I ordered Schezwan Chilly Fries and Kathal (Jackfruit) Veg biryani which was really delicious. At the end I had Nimbu shikanji (LIme soda ) which was also perfect! Unlike other Indian restaurants the food was spiced just right not too hot that it would give you heart burn and stomach ulcers. It was just right, perfect balance of flavors. Definitely going back.

My favorite are tender chunks of goat curry and of course desserts like kheer, mango ice cream and gulab.The server/manager is hard working ,helpful, paying attention to all customers. Dimmed lights giving you sense of privacy and seclusion so you can enjoy your meal even more. I'm there almost every week and never had upset stomach after dining .

I have had more tastier Nihari at Usmania, Sabri or Ali Nihari. BBQ was good but karahi needs more reasonable fixing. We liked the paratha poori, Naan and parathas were freshly made and hot to touch. Staff was polite and courteous.
The parking lot needs fixing. We used disability parking but the walkway was so rocky, uneven and so far from the entrance that my dad almost fell with his rollator. It definitely needs fixing before a lawsuit happens“
