Decent BBQ for the Midwest. Ribs were not very tender and lacked distinct flavor. Smoked chicken was good. BBQ sauce options were no better than Sonny's. Service and atmosphere were good. We had no issues getting a table despite a large convention happening next door at the Baird Center.
Had a great time here. Didn’t have to wait for a table on a Saturday night. The prime rib was excellent. They had a drink specialist come over and give me recommendations on bourbon and he awesome. Would definitely

Doc's is the best smoked meat in Milwaukee. The portions are satisfying. They have 4+types of sauces. The fries are seasoned just right!! I had a hiccup on a take out order and I called to let them know. The manager was courteous respectful and made it right on another visit. I love the fried pickles.
