We had the shrimp scampi, caesar salad, spicy sausage rigatoni, and the rigatoni alla vodka, with a side of their focaccia. Generous portions so we were lucky to bring some back with us! “My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our second visit at Cavas this past Saturday night. We specifically went to try the Paella as we were so impressed by our first visit trying the 7 course option. From the very moment you enter the restaurant you are welcomed by the owners and feel as if you are there to share a meal in their home as a guest. The food is incredible from start to finish. The Paella was beautifully flavored and nice and crispy around the edges. The bottle of Cava truly made the experience into a lovely date night. We cannot wait to go back.“

This venue allows for a more intimate, private event feel with high-quality service. We opted for their Italian catering menu and everything was delicious. We’d recommend for your next event!“

“What an incredible experience at The Capital Grille. From the moment we walked through the door, I could tell this was going to be a special evening. The staff was absolutely superb—friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. They made us feel like valued guests throughout the entire meal.

The ambiance was beautiful and truly upscale, but still comfortable enough to relax and enjoy the evening. Every detail, from the atmosphere to the service, felt thoughtfully done.

And then there was the food. From the appetizers to the entrées, including the steaks, everything was beautifully prepared and absolutely delicious. Each course felt like it was prepared with care, and the presentation was just as impressive as the flavors. Dessert was the perfect way to finish an already exceptional meal.

“We used the Greige Patisserie for our November 2023 wedding in Oconomowoc, WI. They did our personal cutting cake and dessert bar. We mainly communicated with Miranda, who was very responsive, professional and helpful. The dessert tasting appointment was really fun to try out some of the more popular treats. They delivered and set-up all the desserts on wedding day and it looked perfect. The cake was absolutely beautiful and exactly like the inspo pictures we shared. The dessert bar was a hit and we had multiple guests talking about how good all the treats were all weekend. We had s’mores shooters, strawberry shortcake shooters, lemon bars, salted caramel tarts, snickerdoodle cookies and macarons. We would definitely recommend the Greige Patisserie to future couples. “My partner and I went here for the first time today and it was AMAZING!!! We ordered the zucchini fritters, fried calamari, baked chicken, shrimp souvlaki, and got the tzatziki/Tarama/Tirokafteri dips w/ pita bread. Everything tasted impeccable and the presentation of the food was great! Atmosphere was perfect for the sunny day. I also got a Salty Cucumber cocktail and it was super refreshing and tasty. I literally don’t have a single bad thing to say about this spot. We also ordered a pound of the tzatziki spread to go and another pound of the tarama to go 🤣“

“Service was excellent, especially due to large crowd because of event at Fiserv. Food was so-so. I ordered the short rib pasta. Short rib was good, but pasta was dry and seemed reheated. Menu stated Peppercorn cream sauce-there was ZERO cream sauce. I was very disappointed. My husband had smash burger-extremely dry. Cheese curds were good, but most were mostly breading. We ordered the classic old fashioned, but received a traditional with muddled fruit. Still tasted good, but after explaining the mistake my 2nd one was amazing! I would still come back and try a different food option.“

“Foy's is a nice spot on Jefferson for a cocktail. The place is casual but has a stylish decor. In summer, a wall of windows opens up to the street, giving the place an airy feel.

I've visited several times this summer, and the only concern I've had is that the service and drinks can vary depending on the staff that day. Our last visit was excellent—the two bartenders mixed some tasty drinks for us. On some other visits, different bartenders didn't seem to have the same talents.“
