The wine list is exceptional and the staff are knowledgeable, polite and helpful. The meats and cheeses are wonderful, rare, hand selected and you can purchase food and they’ll plate it for you!
We love Voyager, and we love Nora, Max, Nick, and Jordan!!! We deeply love our time spent at our favorite spot in Bay View, and at this point arguably favorite spot in Milwaukee. Vibes are always exactly what we want - wine & Negronis, charcoochie, beautiful people, vibey music, and fresh air when weather cooperates. Heart of BV community, truly. Big love!!!!
Jordy is one of Milwaukee’s top purveyors of wine in the city. I’m super excited for more regular patio weather. Everyone there is an absolute button. Some of my best years have been on this place. You get exactly what you pay for and everyone is so friendly and neighborly!! Bay View would be nothing without this spot!

Voyager is a modern European-style wine bar in Bayview. With a large menu and helpful bartenders, it's a great spot to try a variety of wines or create your own charcuterie board with cheeses, sausages, and crackers. The bar offers a killer, rotating selection of wines by the glass and craft cocktails, along with small plate snacks like tinned octopus, mussels, olives, and crackers. There are occasionally food trucks outside as well. The staff is warm, welcoming, and remembers you, making it easy to find a new favorite wine or cocktail. Matt and Jordan behind the bar are very knowledgeable and friendly, offering patient recommendations without judgment. It’s a busy and friendly neighborhood with limited parking, but Voyager remains one of the favorite bars in the city.
