I took my daughter-in-law to Blu at Pfister for Victorian tea. We each enjoyed one pot of tea from a selection of 15 different teas. We had 3 layers of food to enjoy, savory and sweet including scones, cucumber sandwiches, salmon and crab, turkey, pesto, red pepper along with various desserts with chocolate, fruit. We definitely needed to go boxes! Enjoyed the great views of the city and great service. We also each ordered a mimosa too!
I found the Blu lounge on Google Maps when I was looking for a bar to get a drink at after a concert I attended in the city. The bar staff was friendly and made me feel welcomed. I loved listening to the live music (this was a Friday night). And the view of the city looking out from the 23rd floor, where the lounge was located, was beautiful. Blu restaurant is a unique spot, offering an unbeatable view and a lively jazz atmosphere with no cover charge. While drinks may be expensive, the ambiance and live music make it a great experience. The staff is amazing, and the food is presented beautifully, although snacks may be overpriced for their quality. Afternoon Tea is a highlight, with a lovely atmosphere and beautifully presented food. The Blu Bar provides a great experience with delicious cocktails priced at $18, and the panoramic view from the windows is absolutely breathtaking. Visitors have enjoyed perfectly made martinis and the incredible view from the top of the Pfister Hotel. Although service can sometimes be slow, the overall experience remains enjoyable. The bar is located in the Pfister Hotel and offers wheelchair accessibility with an elevator, wide hallways, and spacious areas for maneuvering. The nearest bathroom has grand window views and a large door, with the fitness center bathroom just a few steps further for independent access. With excellent service and refreshments, Blu is a perfect spot for adults to enjoy a memorable time out.
