I stopped in for a Caramel Machiato while waiting for a pizza down the road. I got a Venti. There was no whip or caramel drizzle on it, which is the highlight of this drink in my opinion. This is why I don't tip until AFTER I get my drink. No whip= no tip. I hate the tip jar at the register. I truly feel like these places encourage their employees to give great drinks/service depending on their tip when the tip should be given after good product/service. Really busy location with a hard working staff. I went in for a traveler and got it in the 20 minutes that was promised. The pleasant person at the counter explained that she could not print a receipt because they didn't have the required paper to print it. Certainly not on her, but Starbucks: Seriously?

I love this location on S 27th at the south end of Walmart. Great group of people! Quite friendly, personable worth great service! They remembered my drink and name after my first week of frequenting this location! I get the Caramel Machiatto venti, slim milk hot, extra caramel, an extra shot of expresso with 3 packets of Splenda stirred in, and my granddaughter gets the Dragonfruit drink which tastes like a strawberry sundae ?? .
