I love this location on S 27th at the south end of Walmart. Great group of people! Quite friendly, personable worth great service! They remembered my drink and name after my first week of frequenting this location! I get the Caramel Machiatto venti, slim milk hot, extra caramel, an extra shot of expresso with 3 packets of Splenda stirred in, and my granddaughter gets the Dragonfruit drink which tastes like a strawberry sundae ?? . She also likes the breakfast sandwiches at all times, along with her birthday cake pops!Parking: Handicap ♿️ parking is limited to one spot in front of the store but usually has other open spots available right in front of the store. Plus, it has a drive thru!Wheelchair accessibility: Handicap access is very available ♿️ with handicap seating at the tables

I stopped in for a Caramel Machiato while waiting for a pizza down the road. I got a Venti. There was no whip or caramel drizzle on it, which is the highlight of this drink in my opinion. This is why I don't tip until AFTER I get my drink. No whip= no tip. I hate the tip jar at the register. I truly feel like these places encourage their employees to give great drinks/service depending on their tip when the tip should be given after good product/service. These drinks are expensive to begin with and I expect my drink to be ? after my hard earned $7+

I love starbucks but this starbucks is not very clean, everytime I go there the garbage is full, the tables not clean and the glass door is very dirty.

I want to make it clear that the service is terrible. The food is horrible, the oatmeal looks like vomit, the price is exaggerated. In short, I do not recommend anyone to visit this Starbucks. For me they should close it. I am a client who pays for good service, I do not plan to return. Ps: employees must take human resources classes, the worst business I have ever visited in Mke. Thank you

No matter if I order ahead or order in the drive thru... it will take forever to get a black coffee with a shot of espresso. In the drive thru, I announce myself, I always have to say hello to get someone's attention. I believe I have been here 3-4 times and it is always the same type of mediocre service. I have found this Starbucks location to not match the experience of any other I have visited. I will go out of my way to West Milwaukee or West Allis to get better service and spend my money.

This place is ALWAYS dirty inside. Tables and counters are sticky , used napkins and straws everywhere.The service from their employees are the worst! I always have to wait over 20 mins for 1 drink. I tried giving them another chance after not going to this location for over 6 years and regretted it.

This is the second time I’m here we’ll after 6am and no one is tending the drive through.. no response , no sign, and when you pull up to the window to see what’s going on , there are people inside and they just stare , turn around and today the were actually laughing.Not one person opened the window to say “we’re sorry, the machines down, we have no staff, nothing. They just walked around , saw me, and ignored me.

Really busy location with a hard working staff. I went in for a traveler and got it in the 20 minutes that was promised. The pleasant person at the counter explained that she could not print a receipt because they didn't have the required paper to print it. Certainly not on her, but Starbucks: Seriously?
