Can't say about the atmosphere, as I usually don't dine-in at the location on 27th and Ohio anymore, but this may be my favorite Taco Bells in the city food quality-wise. Always fast service, order is always correct. ? THANK GOD THE MEXICAN PIZZA IS BACK!

Burrito was messy. Not wrapped correctly, 1/3-1/2 of outside of tortilla was covered with bean mixture. Ends were oozing with it. It was gross. There was no line, so not even being busy as an excuse. 2pm-ish.
