We had a wonderful experience tonight at our local DePere WI Starbucks. Not only did the cashier (team leader) remember my family from the last time we visited (awhile ago), she even remembered our small talk discussion how we both grew up in the same small town. This location is horrible, they don't listen at the drive thru screen,mess up the drinks and food order. our two sandwiches were ice cold..nice to pay $20 for a cold breakfast and bad experience.
