This place truly deserves 5-stars. The Wagyu ribeye was one of the best meals I've had in a long time. My uncle had the Porterhouse, and he said the same thing.
I absolutely *loved* that our waitress was able to remember every type of salad dressing available without referencing a grease-covered tablet or asking us to read the menu for her. One of my favorite places to go with amazing food, drinks and service. One of our salmon orders was a bit underdone. They took care of it immediately and adjusted the price. A wonderful super club that knows how to take care of their customers. Things happen and so many restaurants ignore those small mishaps. Not Union they take care of it and are great about it.
